  I came to this location and this guy named Rey was very rude. I asked the same question a couple of times till he decided to answer me while walking away. I saw a young female worker heading my way thinking she was going to assist me but she just dogged me and she too kept walking. It is very unprofessional to have to deal with these types. I will keep taking my business to O'REILLY'S in the back of Circle K over on 59th Ave and Camelback!...Their prices very sometimes with just a couple of bucks but I'll rather pay the difference and receive respect, empathy and professional advice. And the best thing they don't mind at all checking under the hood of an elderly ladies vehicle, thank you O'REILLY'S greatly appreciated!...😇

  Customer service so bad we took the rest of our business else where to spend our money. Head guy was a bitter old man who complained he had been outside all day and was tired of being out in the heat when we asked if he could check out our battery. Groaned as he walked out and when we brought the battery in to charge he passed us off to his other associates. They were way nicer and more professional than he was the entire time. They told us 2 hours cuz it's super dead so we walked around the plazas nearby in the heat to kill time. When we came back he passed us off once again and the associate who helped us explained they aborted they charge and put a sticker on it. When he came back he told us it's either over charging or rotting on the inside cuz it smells bad. He helped us get our battery and it died that night again so we went to O'Reilly's nearby to buy a battery. That customer service was so bad and the associates tried to save it but I rather spend my money on a company where they don't treat people who need help like an inconvenience. Also I have a registered account they could have called me back to the store instead of having us in the heat the whole time.

  Horrible horrible horrible service. Extremely disappointed with the service at this location. I went in to ask for assistance with my car battery and was met with immediate attitude from the staff member—who appeared to be the manager. Before I could even finish explaining, he sighed and expressed visible annoyance. Providing customer support is a basic expectation of the job, and treating customers with respect should be a minimum standard. If you are looking for helpful or courteous service, I strongly recommend going elsewhere. If you hate your job that much then quit and stop being miserable and rude to the customers.
