  Disappointed with the service. 2techs plus sup/Mgr on duty. Came in to have a battery charged. Called to check status told give about 1 or 2 hrs. called to check status, placed on hold. comes back "OH I didn't get the name it's under" placed back on hold. Left on hold for about 6/7 min. Comes back how can I help you, had to repeat myself. gave name a few times, either was not paying attention or just didn't want to help or thought I'd hang up since near closing time. Placed back on hold.comes back I don't see a battery in that name and gives me a different name. Tried giving him the receipt number, asks me name brand of the battery etc. This is getting me frustrated then says no batteries are charging, it's going to be ready in a few. ?? Never confirmed he found my battery. Arrived gave my receipt apparently he so found the battery. Placed on counter in front of me. I had to ask so whats the results good or not.I have always done business with auto zone and all employees go out of their way to help what your looking for but unfortunately very disappointed. I honestly dont feel they ever charged the battery. Person did not bother to check warranty or help with purchase of another battery. Grabbed my item and left. 43rd indianschool needs to better their service. Dissatisfied!!!!

  Store manager went above and beyond my needs! He took his time to attend me, really turned a bad day into a better one, love auto zone! Thank you sir!

  Este nl tiene para checar el check ing. Van 3 autozones que llego y ninguno lo tiene. Al parecer no quieren dar el sevicio
