I told him upfront I only wanted an oil change yet he insisted on trying to promote other services, then he had the nerve to say I was rude after I kept stating I only wanted an oil change. He got aggressive after I told him to close the hood of my car and told me to never come back again. Don’t worry I won’t. This manager need to go to anger management training he is just looking for trouble. I didn’t want to escalate the issue because I had my son so I decide to leave before the started working on my vehicle. I felt threatened and unsafe by his tone and clearly upset state.
