  Got in line to do an oil change and specifically ask the guy not to touch anything else in my car. I have not been available in a long time after an employee at a different location messed up my battery and I had to go replace it. I did not want them to touch anything else specifically besides to do the oil change and the guy refused. Even after making the statement, a second time, he said this is part of their process, and he was not going to honor my request to not touch anything else on my car. So, guess what I left and I’m not going to call and report it to corporate. I will never ever go to another Valvoline location again! Don’t touch peoples cars when they ask you not to, plain and simple!

  30 minutes got my oil changed. Little expensive but pay for convenience. Some 15 dollars coupons online. Pat was great. Gave me water and some good information. If you have an hour or two you can save 40- 50 bucks by going to a shop. Thanks!

  Valvoline is absolutely amazing! Today was my first time visiting and I will not be going anywhere else after this. Nicholas serviced me today, he was super nice and explained everything clearly with upfront pricing. I was offered water while I waited and provided with timing estimates on everything during my service. In addition to changing my oil I was able to get a light fixed, swap my engine filter, and change my coolant. Everyone on the team was great and worked efficiently, I seriously could not recommend this location enough.

  The service was great. We were in and out pretty quickly. I was only dissatisfied with the price I paid. I had called earlier in the day to confirm pricing, and I was told my oil change was going to be $87.24+tax for full synthetic up to 5 quarts. They then offered to send me a coupon for $25 off a full synthetic oil change. All in all should’ve been $66.64 after the coupon was applied and tax was added. I’ve attached a copy of my invoice. The oil change was $102.99 plus a $4.25 surcharge that not a single person mentioned. After the coupon was applied and tax added, I ended up paying $88.06 out the door. I’m reconsidering returning to VIOC for my next service, as this has been a consistent problem with them. They also claimed to have reset my oil change service reminder, and I had to do that myself too. Again. 🙃

  START to FINISH - 20 MINUTES!! (With a line of cars) Nikolette and Ryan were extremely helpful. There was a line of vehicles when I arrived. Nikolette walked out to greet me and let me know about how long my wait would be before my vehicle would be serviced. She told me where to look up coupons while I was waiting. Ryan looked up our VIN to let us know which oil we had been using. Everything was already pulled up for Nikolette when it was our turn. Nikolette went over all of the services due. She explained prices and gave recommendations. We found out our warrantied battery needed replacing. Although we didn’t opt for other services right now, she was pleasant and non judgemental. I did not feel pressured at all to get the other services but was happy to find out what they offered and how quickly they could complete the services. Ryan completed the oil change quickly and made sure anywhere he touched was spotless. We were in and out in 20 minutes. Then we went and got that battery exchanged. All of that took an hour. We left for a road trip immediately after. Thanks to Nikolette & Ryan for keeping us moving!
