  Nicholas did the most thorough vehicle inspection I have ever had at a valvoline. He informed me about issues with my vehicle, but gave me peace of mind on how he was going to fix them. The level of customer service that I received was above and beyond any oil place I had ever been to in my life. This high level of customer care and attention to detail on Nicholas and his teams part will always make me come back to this Valvoline.

  This is the best place to get your oil changed just go get your oil of choice even from your OEM car manufacturer then take it to any Valvoline also bring your OEM oil filter and air filter of your choice and they install it for 50$ bucks. They fill up your tires and will tighten your battery mount all in one visit. Just bring a fuel additive to keep your fuel system clean as well and you can keep your car running great. Keeping up with maintenance can be hard just try to pay less for labor and watch what you put in your car and you can really extend the life of your car by using this place as a crutch for general upkeep but still replace your tires and brakes regularly this place is just good for fluids mainly but I highly recommend you come here it’s good service and the workers drive nice cars they understand their job well Josiah, Mike and the beautiful lady working there really helped me out

  It was so quick and easy. I just drove in. No wait, no trying to juggle appointments and they offer a first time customer discount. I got my oil changed, fluids checked. They even checked my lights for me, pumped my tires and replaced my windshield wipers all while I sat in the comfort of my own car. It was awesome and they were quick, thorough and professional the whole time. Big shout out to nikolette! She advised me without being pushy or sales-y. Ill be coming back for sure.

  I’ve been coming to Valvoline for my oil changes for a few years now and I always leave happy, but today really stood out. They were super busy and clearly a little understaffed, but still got everyone through pretty fast without making it feel rushed. I don’t know much about cars at all, and I never feel talked down to or pressured into buying stuff I don’t need, which I really appreciate. They let me know my battery was in the “caution” range and actually took the time to call around to different locations to help me find one, which honestly meant a lot. Also shoutout to the manager Nick — you can tell he really cares about both his team and the customers. Just overall really good people and great service. Definitely why I keep coming back.

  My husband and I stopped in for a quick oil change on our 2008 Mercedes-Benz SL 550, and we were assisted by Destiny. Even though it was a simple pull-in, pull-out service, Destiny made the experience stand out. She was welcoming, professional, and incredibly efficient. Everything was handled quickly and smoothly, without ever feeling rushed or impersonal. She made sure we were taken care of right away and kept the process seamless from start to finish. What we appreciated most was her positive attitude and attention to customer service, even during such a quick visit. It’s clear she takes pride in what she does, no matter how big or small the service may be. We truly appreciate the excellent service and would absolutely recommend Destiny to anyone stopping in!
