  I had 400 miles to go to my next oil change but anticipating a trip to Puerto Peñasco so I drove in without an appointment and was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Filters were shown to me prior to installation to approve. And my battery showed a low reading so I asked for the team to replace it. No problems, no hassles and everyone on the team, I think there were five, were exceptionally kind, professional and engaging. This is my second visit there and I will continue to return.

  UPDATE** "We are very sorry to hear that you are disappointed with your service experience" As mentioned what a joke. DO NOT GO HERE! In reading other reviews this seems to be a trend and normal practice here. Documenting on your receipt they did a service when they DID NOT. I went to get an oil change before a road trip. When the oil change was done, I asked Adrian who was the one helping me if they were going to check the headlights, blinkers, etc. Adrian says "Oh - I forgot" What?? Ya sure you did. THEN as Adrian is handing me my receipt, I asked if they still checked tire pressures - because nobody did - and again, I'm going on a road trip. I look at the receipt, and it's documented that the tire pressure was checked, all were at 35 lbs and ok. When I confronted Adrian, he said they were really short staffed, as if that made it ok to say they did something when they didn't. What a joke! But wait - it gets better. I then asked Adrian to test my battery - again, going on a road trip. Adrian holds up a screen and says, "it's good". When I asked for a printout of the test he told me, "We don't have that you just have to look at the screen I'm holding up". Guess what! I had to get a new battery today in Springerville because my battery was bad! I guarantee the battery wasn't checked either. Receipt also said oil service indicator light was reset. Nope that was also not done and came on during my trip. What a circus and complete joke. STAY AWAY from this unethical business.

  Auto shops and dealerships don’t care about wasting your time and places like this prove that. If a shop like this is able to take walk-in oil changes and still complete them in 15 minutes then what are dealerships and other shops doing so wrong that it takes them all day? I had a great experience here. It was my first time and it was a cake walk. I recommend looking at Groupon as they oftentimes have decent pricing listed on there. I was able to get a full synthetic in about 15 min. Not even getting out of my truck. This should be the future of oil changes, not waiting for 4hrs+ at a dealership where you had a scheduled appointment.
