I wouldn't rate it at all, I'd simply apply more oversight in general and place staff on performance plans. The lack of respect, level of immaturity in which I was personally treated, gathered to be spoken and made fun of by the staff at the time. Was unreal, uncalled for, severely uncomfortable, I had to pull away immediately to take my medication to control the schizophrenia triggered by the level of anxiety I was put in.
