  5 trips in so far and car is still not fixed. Started out with a simple chip repair. That turned in to the mobile tech unable to repair as he made the chip much larger when trying. Next mobile tech comes out the following day and replaces the windshield. Few days later I’m driving and all of the metal trim surrounding my windshield and driver and passenger door comes off and flapping in the air. I called and they wanted me to wait a week for someone to come out and take a look. I said unacceptable and they said to go in and see if they can help me sooner, I go in and show them both windshield and driver/passenger trim unattached. Anthony tells me the mobile techs often create this issue especially with my car model. Said he’d order the parts and call when they’re in. I get a call a few days later and schedule for the following morning to go in for the replacement. 4th trip in and I wait an hr and when they tell me it’s done he says “eventually you’ll want those side pieces replaced as they aren’t in and attached either” I said no this issue was created by safelite and needs fixed and this was all pointed out to Anthony when I came in for the 3rd time. He said we could go inside and look into that further… then said they’d order those pieces and call when I can go back. I call corporate to speak to a manager and I’m told safelite only has store managers and they’re in charge of store and techs in the area… I get a call from Lawrence who says they didn’t know those pieces needed replaced and when they get taken off they can be put back on because the plastic breaks. I explain the tech Anthony did know because I pointed it all at. Lawrence said well we ordered the piece. No remorse and no care for the amount of times this is taking and time spent out of my day. Absolutely appalling. Almost a week later I call to follow up and I’m told the part came in a couple days ago and they can schedule for the repair if I want. Now the 5th day in and the windshield piece they put in last week was already coming off so I pointed that out and the technician looked at me dazed and confused. On my 5th time in I ask to speak to Lawrence the manager face to face and she said he’s in a meeting in the back and will be right up. He comes up and speaks quietly to the front desk then goes back into the back, I wait 30min and ask again and she says he’s left to the warehouse… 5th time they “replaced the edges and snapped the front back in” interesting as I was told that can’t be done as the snaps break but no manager here to speak with as Lawrence dodges personal face to face conversations. Then speak to Chris who comes out to show me my completed vehicle and says they don’t have clips and everything is fine no issue. I point out the passenger side is still not corrected and protruding out… he says hell have Anthony take it back in again and fix that by sliding all the pieces down. Needless to say my entire trim of my car is messed up thanks to this safelite and I’m not happy

  Got charged $750 for calibration on my eyesight camera system! Dealer quoted me about $275. Why the difference? Out of $1050 bill, $150 is actual window, $100 labor, $40 recycling of old glass and $750 calibration! Have another car in need of a windshield, no way I'm paying $750 again for calibration here! Also, prepare to haggle the price quoted over the phone, I was asked to pay more at my appointment, when bringing notes of person talked over the phone and exact quote (make sure you document everything) then they lowered the price. The initial coupons shot on to my email for $90 off upon booking online were all deemed non applicable, so had to bring that up with person over the phone. Will see how installation holds and that promised warranty how useful will be if needed, but also the warranty for the calibration itself is only 30 days. So, what happens on day 31 if something goes off? $750 payment should have more lengthy warranty, no doubt about it. There should be an option to install the windshield only, sign a waiver if have to (Safelite claims safety reasons to do the calibration themselves) and just have a windshield replaced for $300, take the car to the dealer right after if have to and pay $275 for it. Could have paid $575 total, not $1050! Hate these markups for no reason of Companies like that. Very disappointed.

  Replaced Mercedes windshield with generic windshield. They cannot calibrate in the field so I had to bring my car in to the shop. They were 2 hours late in doing the work and no communication. I tried to speak to the manager but they would not put him on and he never called back. Horrible quality and customer service. I will not use them again.

  The folks are nice and service was fast however before I left , I asked if the debris was cleaned up properly (because previously it was not) and he said it was. I went into the car , debris was everywhere. I would have gone back in to have them clean it but I had other commitments to go to.

  Go anywhere but here to get your windshield replaced. Absolute horrible service. I took my vehicle there a couple of days ago. I had a 10 o'clock appointment. I was told it would take 2-3 hours to replace my windshield. What they didn't tell me was 10 didn't mean 10 and that was the reason. At 1025 my vehicle was still in the parking lot. I asked for my keys and left. I ended up going to Mountainside Glass in Chandler. See review.
