- JMJake MarkMay 8, 20261.0I paid $190 for a diagnosis on my AC fuse popping. They looked at it for 3 seconds and said it might be the compressor and gave me a quote. I asked if they verified it was the compressor and not a wiring issue. They did not. They said that was just their best guess. I told them I paid for a diagnosis, not a guess. They refused to look into it further and told me they would not release the vehicle until I paid them. Do not go here unless you want to be extorted.

It often feels like they’re not interested in serving rideshare drivers, especially when it comes to handling the required paperwork. Several times I’ve come in with a flat tire and was told they were “too busy” and that I’d need to schedule an appointment. An appointment for a flat tire? That’s not realistic when you rely on your vehicle for income. They also insist on having the Lyft oil change email before providing service. Unfortunately, those emails don’t always populate in time, even when the vehicle is due for maintenance. Lyft advises drivers that the location can still submit the request with a few additional steps, but this store seems unwilling to do that. If you’re looking for better customer service, I highly recommend Goodyear Auto Service - 12902 W Indian School Rd. It’s the same company, but the staff there is much more helpful and accommodating. This location could definitely learn a thing or two from the Litchfield Park team.
