  I always come to Express Oil Change for all of our oil changes. I love how I can stay in my car and not have to unload my kids. I like that they top off fluids, do a general safety inspection, and actually show me the clean oil on the dipstick so I know they filled it enough. Today I came in at 5:04pm, not knowing they close at 5pm on Saturdays and Sam still kindly did my oil change! All of the staff are great, but today Sam went above and beyond for this busy mom!!! Thank you!

  This was my first time here. Christian and the team were great. My vehicle has a heavy skid plate that has to be removed to drain the oil, and they handled it with no problem. Fast service. This was way better than waiting at the dealership. I will be back for my future oil changes.

  Tried this place out for the first time and got my oil changed, and I couldn’t be more happy with the service I received. My mechanic was Cristian, and the entire time he was friendly, helpful, and had a smile on his face. Top tier customer service. Highly recommend coming here for your oil change

  We have been coming here for years for our oil change and we have never had a bad experience! The customer service here is unparalleled. My husband came in last week, and was a few months past the date for his next oil change. He hadn’t gone through a lot of mileage since the last one though, and they were kind enough to tell him his oil still looked great and when to come back without charging him. When I went in this week, I needed a new air cabin filter, but didn’t want to pay the extra cost, so they were kind enough to walk me through how to change it on my own. They care more about the customer than racking out as many charges as possible, which is rare these days. I’d fully recommend this place!

  If you’re looking for just an oil change… highly recommend! Other services…only if you’re willing to leave your vehicle all day. Twice now I’ve been lied to by the service manager. The 1st time (last year) I spoke to him post service and he assured me that it wasn’t common. This weekend I went in for oil change and inspection. He recommended brakes, flushes, spark plugs, the works. He said it would only take about 2 hours. I joked that I’d give him 4hrs and he said it absolutely wont take that long. We worked out the financing and I agreed to bring it back at 8am. He said that’s perfect so they could order any parts needed (it was roughly Noon when I was in). I brought it in around 8:30am the next morning. It wasn’t ready until 2:10pm!!! No calls or texts between dropping it off and the call it was ready! Burn me twice now shame on me! I’ll still get oil changes but they lost my business for all other services on my vehicles.
