  We love the convenience of their express oil change. We have been coming for years because they’re so quick. Today I went with my two toddlers, and Alex provided exceptional service. He offered us cold waters and my kiddos got toys from their little treasure chest which made their day. I love that we all can stay in the car while they do the oil change and that they’re fast as it is hot out and my Littles can’t last that long waiting. We are very happy with our experience everytime we come! Would strongly recommend.

  Came in for an overdue oil change and was service by a gentleman named Sam. He went far and beyond what was expected with courteous professionalism offering discount options and even checked my tires. Totally satisfied with complete service at this location and believe Sam deserves a raise for his patience in answering all my questions and addressing all my concerns. 5 star service!!!

  Absolutely fantastic service every time. Never had a problem with anyone trying to upsell me- everyone is very professional and helpful. This last time I had Cristian helping me and he was absolutely phenomenal- everyone who works here has been nothing but incredible.

  Super great service. Sam was amazing! I haven’t had anyone check my cabin air filter for years bc you have to undo a little screw and every time people see that they say “ohh, maybe just check it next time.” Sam took the time to get the right tool and check it for me. It was really dirty and needed to be replaced. He quoted me, it was more expensive than I was thinking, and I knew I could get it at O’Reily for less. He told me that was fine and I could even bring it back and they would install it for free. And he did! I have never felt like they try to sell you stuff you don’t need. Amazing service. Highly recommend!

  The “change oil” light was on and Express Oil Change showed me the color of my oil - which obviously did not need changing yet - and told me sometimes the previous person who changed the oil forgets to re-set the automatic reminder in the car system, so they re-set it for me and gave me a sticker to remind me. Also, I needed my tires rotated and they suggested I contact the place that I had bought the tires from (because that would save me money ) - Which it did, because I got my tires rotated for free at the place where I purchased them.
