After waiting close to an hour because the truck wasn’t ready. I was told I can’t haul with the truck. You guys need to let people know ahead of time. Why else would I rent a full size truck. Truck was all beat up already and smelt like smoke inside but I can’t haul with it lol. Absolutely ridiculous. Update your website and make it clear you can’t haul with trucks before people waste hours of their time

From the branch manager to his team, everyone did a fantastic job in welcoming us! The branch manager even entertained our 2-year old and gave her a little duck toy so that she stayed calm. We used to go to different car rental agencies - whichever gave us the better deal. But we'll never think twice again about renting, especially from tlocation!

They are very empathetic of car troubles and the stress that brings. They were able to pick me up in a shuttle, get me into a vehicle similar to what I'm used to and anything I needed they were right there to help. I felt terrible I kept having to extend the rental due to repair delays but they made it so easy and made me feel valued. The service was great but the people!!!! They are absolutely why I will be returning, everyone i interacted with was so amazing and sweet!!!! ANGELS!!!!!
