  The staff here was amazing! I arrived about two hours before my reservation because of a change in my schedule, and they were able to accommodate me without any issues. I want to give a special shoutout to Julian. He went above and beyond by texting to check on me and my family, and I truly appreciated that level of customer service. It’s rare to find people who genuinely care about their customers. Thank you, Enterprise, for making the experience so easy and stress-free. I’ll definitely be back!

  Everyone at the Gilbert location was absolutely phenomenal! Their customer service is superb and very attentive to the customers needs and wants. I could give them 12 stars out of 12. I am very thankful for their patience; cooperation and kindness throughout every step of this 7-month rental while my car was under a recall. I seriously can't thank them enough! Every one of them in that location is superb! Randall, Lexi, Julian, Tatan, Erick_ ALL EXCEPTIONAL! Thank you!

  This location is always very friendly and helpful. I have rented a few times from this location and have always been happy with the service and cars. This last time I had a concern and the assistant manager Taten was quick to offer resolution. The attendant Jerry who assisted with the check out process was also very friendly, professional and efficient.

  Sometimes renting a car can be a stressful scenario. Especially when it’s the only option you have when your car is being serviced. Not only do you have to cover the astronomical charges that come along with typical vehicle maintenance, you have to top off with a rental car bill as well. So it’s not always a pleasant experience for everyone. That being said, Brandon is the absolute man. Not only is he an empathetic guy, he alleviated all of the stress that came along with the entire process. To say that he has exceptional customer service, would be an absolute understatement. Not to mention he wished me a happy Father’s Day after returning the vehicle. Employees like this don’t come around often. If I owned a company, I would have my employees embody this energy.

  Literally why are they so nice? I came to Enterprise after a competitor did me dirty and almost ruined my family trip. I hopped online and checked out Enterprise. Super glad I did! They saved the day and our trip! We were in our rental within an hour. We were going to rent a Tahoe but they were out so we ended up in a minivan which isn’t really our jam. I will tell you it worked for the best! That minivan was so easy to drive in tiny beach towns and parking was easy too. When I dropped it off I didn’t even have to go in. They have team members outside in the heat just checking in cars. They did such a great job for us, we will never rent from anywhere else! Even took me home afterward! Who even are these people? Some kind of customer service gods? Thank you to your whole team! Stellar work guys!
