  I want to give a big Thank You! To Enzo My New Car Salesman from Enterprise @ the Gilbert Automall. He got me into a fully equipped SUV & I love it. I spoke with him, then I came in & he delivered everything I asked for & more than I could of ever imagined. Ex: I use my remote to reverse my SUV out of a tight parking spot be4 I get in * He treats you like Family, It was the best time I have ever had buying a vehicle. Enzo is my Go 2 . I will go Enzo & where else. Just Genuine & Professional.

  Life changes… I found myself needing to trade in my Jeep Wrangler for something more economical. I reached out to enterprise and was responded to by Louis. Louis was amazing and helpful and patient and kind! It was a hard decision for me to trade in my jeep, but he found me the perfect car and gave me the perfect trade-in price and I drove away a happy camper. I didn’t even know enterprise sold cars! You need to check them out the next time you’re looking to purchase a vehicle, the prices are amazing!

  My parents both bought cars from enterprise almost a year and a half ago and it all went smoothly we ran into no issues and also appreciated how friendly the salesmen and management was, I personally bought a car as a first time buyer the beginning of February and the process was also fast and efficient. I got a call from a partner tint company with enterprise saying I had a warranty for tint with my car purchase, I argued the lady about it and even had her double check their system and she had my information all in there, I made an appointment to get the tint done 2 weeks out from when she called me. My mom then got a call from Patrick about a week after saying I owed the company money even though I did not ask for the service and was told it was included with my package. They refuse to take any accountability for the mistake and want me to pay for it. Not even an apology for how frustrating this situation is to me being only 19 and my first experience purchasing a car. I feel like I got taken advantage of because I'm so young.The whole thing is really disappointing because me and my family have always recommended enterprise but NEVER again. On top of that I was threatened with collections and basically black listing me from the companies rental services for a service I would have not done otherwise, I'm in college and have many other expenses and would not think about doing something I know I cannot afford at this time. Overall the experience was very disheartening and disappointing and to think we've done so much business with this company and we're treated this way, clearly all the kindness is a sham.
