  The manager Allen there is extremely disrespectful. He refuses to help you, hangs up on you, and refuses service. He tells you that you don't have signed documentation. However, they still proceed with selling your car. They don't give you all the information you need when you sell or trade in a car. Then they blame you. If you have to work with this location, don't believe what Aalen has to say. He does not tell the truth and does not give you all the information you need.

  Went in on my scheduled reservation at 2 was told politely that "there were no cars and to come back at 4". Whatever we went out to eat a late lunch and grab some grocerys, we came back at 4 and was rudely told by the staff that he "should have said 630! We have 40 other people waiting for cars and still have no cars" decided to go the AirBNB and call before we left. We started calling at 530 and no one answered untill 635 and was told that they would have a car available tomorrow for us at 7-730am

  We had an exceptional experience working with Louis (Sales) and John (Manager). We found a Subaru Ascent on an incredible deal, the only issue for us was that it was located in Tucson. It's not too far but with all of our daily responsibilities, planning a 2 hour trip would be challenging around our schedule. I sent an inquiry on the vehicle and asked what I could do to initiate that transaction through virtual/docusign processes so that when I go down to Tucson, it would be to pick up the vehicle. Louis then offered to collect the car from Tucson and have it in the Gilbert showroom within 48 hours so that we can visually inspect the vehicle, AT NO COST! I almost felt like it was too good to be true. Sure enough, it was on site the next evening. Everything checked out and we drove off with our vehicle less than 2 hours later. Louis offered excellent customer service and handled the transaction promptly at all levels. His manager John, was also very attentive to our needs and routinely checked in on us to make sure we were comfortable and that our kids were entertained in the showroom. This was EASILY the most pleasant dealership experience we've ever had. I would highly recommend visiting this dealership if they have the car you want! Thank you!

  If you’re buying a car from Enterprise, ask for April. Seriously. What started as a simple online inquiry turned into one of the best car-buying experiences I’ve had. April followed up immediately, answered every question, stayed on top of everything, and was incredibly patient with me, which says a lot because I changed my mind more than once! 😂 She was honest, personable, accommodating with my schedule, and never made me feel pressured. I even had my two kids with me, and she handled the chaos like it was nothing. I’m a girls’ girl, and I believe in giving another woman her flowers when she earns them and April absolutely earned hers. 💐 Her professionalism and customer service stood out from beginning to end. Enterprise has a good one with her, and she is 100% the person I would send my friends and family to. Give this woman her flowers!

  Absolutely the only way I will go in buying a car . Either new or used.. I will no longer spend my hours with a dealership.. I spent less time at enterprise and my sales lady April was so amazing!!
