Called and made an alignment appointment on a Saturday for 8 AM. Showed up on time, dropped the keys off, and left my car. Four hours later, they had still not worked on my car and they had not called or notified me in anyway. I would not recommend this place for their terrible, terrible service and lack of commitment to an appointment.

Originally went to Sun Devil Auto because my car was having a hard time starting and a bunch of weird codes came up. That shop quoted me over $600 for a new alternator. I went to this Brakes Plus to get a second opinion and after running some tests, it ended up just needing a new battery. Thank you Aaron for being honest and explaining why it was the battery! Go see Brandon and Aaron!

id give negative stars if i could. called yesterday and made an appt for my husband to get brakes. VERIFIED the price i don’t know how many times with the guy on the phone $120.99 per axel for their labor day sale. okay great, set up an appt. not only was he there for 3 HOURS with a SCHEDULED APPT, after the guy told him “less than an hour” when he initially got there but what they fail to mention to you over the phone is their brake service fee of $120.99 (in addition to $120.99 brake package per axel) and then labor on top of that so we were anticipating a bill maybe $400 on the high side right? nope over $600 yep, soooo disappointed in the lack of communication and transparency when it came to pricing considering that i asked more times than i can count. i guess i should’ve known when i read the review about the GM dropping the N word with the hard R inside the store, and all the issues people were having with them honoring warranties on brake pads that we should have not went for service here.

I had an appoint at 8am for an oil change and wait in the lobby. I asked in store for a tire rotation. I was informed it would be hours and I should leave the car. The car was finally done after 11am. I used a coupon for an $77 oil change. When the total came to $90 and the invoice was confusing the employee was irritated and rude saying “it’s the same invoice as always”…. He was put out having to go over the invoice with me at all. It might be the same invoice as always but the pricing, invoice cost break down etc was unclear. His customer service was awful. There tire rotation was not done at all. I’ll be going to a different shop or location going forward.
