  My experience at brake plus I can say was something unforgettable after spending 1000 of dollars repeatedly coming in there for their services. I finally found out that they were banking on my lack of knowledge in regards to auto repair I was just being scammed because they was overcharging me and instead of finding the problem and the solution they charged me for unnecessary repairs that wasn’t even required for them to come to the root of the problem to find out what was wrong and to fix my vehicle😢me being a senior and on a fixed income I came to the point where I’m unable to continue paying these outrageous charges and my vehicle still not operational so I do not recommend nobody go to brake plus and if you do, I guess you have money to throw away I know I don’t 😢so you can-take my advice or you can find out yourself the hard way.😭

  Love coming here we come all the time for all of our services on our vehicles reed is great and is always helpful and nice. All other staff is great aswell and haven't had any issues related to recent service done through them would definitely recommend

  Matthew was very helpful and genuinely a nice guy. He understood all of my concerns and answered all my questions to the best of his ability. As somebody who likes to do all of my maintenance and repair at home, I would trust this shop to work on my cars!

  I went in for a regular oil change and nothing was wrong going in, although afterwards they recommended replacing my brakes and when I started driving off my brakes felt off. It started getting worse so I went in and they replaced my front brakes and rotors. The brakes still felt off after leaving. They actually had replaced my rear brakes exactly ONE YEAR to the month and said I needed to replace the pads again along with the rotors. Never had I ever had replaced anything for brakes in that short of time span. It went from nothing to everything even when I had already replaced rear pads a year ago. My car has pretty low mileage as I work 2 miles from my home. Apparently the timing and RARE replacement just happens to be a wild coincidence....
