  I’m genuinely surprised to see this location have such high praise. I made an appt for 8 AM to have an alignment done before work. I asked roughly how long and was told there was 1 ahead of me and then it would be about 30-60 minutes. I know not to expect that, but I wasn’t called up until 9:30ish, and it was to try to upsell me a part. 9:55 rolls around and my car is ready to go. Typically they show you how bad your alignment was, I received nothing. I received neither. I go to pay, it’s $130. For an alignment. That’s damn near dealership price. And the worst part? My car is pulling to the left now, which is worse now than it was AFTER I had my right strut replaced. I’ve been bringing my vehicles to Brakes Plus for 12+ years. Take your business to Valvoline or Discount tires, it’ll save you time and money.

  Brake work completed on the 12th, and a part was left loose on the body of the car and was hitting my back tire, and my red calipers covers were missing. Told car back on the 13th to fix the hanging part, and was told that they couldn’t find my red calipers covers covers and they have have the manager review the camera footage on the 14th. Miraculously, they call me on the 14th and try to tell me that they have no footage of my red calipers and, in essence, too bad, so sad. I want to go and view the footage, but I’m not sure it would serve a purpose - did they take them intentionally or just throw them away? Who knows. Beware of this very shady organization - makes my stomach turn that this kind of company would even try to get away with this.

  Took a little while, but I appreciated the time spent on my vehicle when they got to me! Fixed my squealing brakes and diagnosed the ABS/Brake light problem. Will come back again, great customer service. They explained everything and went over all charges before doing the work.

  Very thorough inspecting and by the book. had Tim C help me —could tell right away he knew what he was doing. Was honest about what needed to be fixed and what didn’t. Really knew what they were doing and Work with us to do only the essential to get it on the road. Went above and beyond for to help me keep my Calipers. Also, we compared prices to Other mechanics we like and their prices came in a couple hundred lower. Love these guys!! Huge props to Tim for going above and beyond!!
