- SLSasha LapuzOct 5, 20265.0This place is awesome! I had to replace my brakes and rotors unfortunately and I was dreading the process/cost/time it would take. They were very kind to show us the rotors and explain why they were needed. I appreciate that more than anything. Adeline was very kind and they took care of everything so quickly! Highly recommend!!

- SNSavanna NarvaezSep 24, 20265.0I cannot thank Jeremey enough for the incredible kindness and help he provided when I came into Brakes Plus. Dealing with car trouble—especially anything brake-related—is so stressful, overwhelming, and heavy on the mind when you're just trying to navigate daily life safely. From the moment I walked in, Jeremey completely put me at ease. He didn't just treat me like another ticket number; he genuinely listened, showed so much empathy for my situation, and took the time to explain everything clearly without any pressure or judgment. His customer service went above and beyond anything I expected, and his care and professionalism made a difficult day so much easier. Because of Jeremey, my car is driving safely again, and I left with total peace of mind. If you ever find yourself needing brake work, go see Jeremey at Brakes Plus—he is an absolute gem, and I am so grateful for his help!
