  Out of all the places I’ve gotten my oil changed, this is the one I keep coming back to. The staff is friendly, the service is great and I feel like this is one of the only places they do not try to upsell you.

  I can’t recommend them highly enough! They were able to quickly diagnose something missed by a previous shop, had me on my way, and invited back for a complimentary check to make sure the repair was still strong and to make sure there wasn’t a hidden problem somewhere else in the A/C. Honest, direct, and trustworthy. If you have any car need - go here first! It will be the only stop you’ll have to make.

  Coming in from New York City to check on my son's car - I was very impressed with the level of service and honesty that Brakes Plus provided me with. Adaliene and Austin told me exactly what I needed - and didn't try to sell me on things that I didn't. Their prices are very affordable, and I encourage anyone with car troubles to come to this Brakes Plus location in Gilbert. Adaliene and Austin are my new service advisor and technician in Arizona. You can even get some great Birria Tacos at Senor Taco directly next door to the shop!

  I had a great experience at Brakes Plus. Jeremy was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and kind throughout the entire process. I originally came in because I was having issues with my headlights, and they were able to quickly diagnose and fix the problem. While I was there, they also performed a complimentary brake inspection and let me know that I’ll likely need brakes in the near future. They even checked my battery and explained what to keep an eye on, which I really appreciated. I never felt pressured, just informed and taken care of. Overall, the customer service was outstanding, and it’s clear they genuinely care about helping their customers. I’ll definitely be returning for future maintenance and repairs.
