  The manager, Aaron, is trustworthy and runs a tight ship. Brandon worked hard to find me a break on a car part price (unfortunately, only the dealership had the part due to my make and model, so that stung. He did make a great effort to try and find an after market part, though). I rely on this location to always be straight with me, and I have yet to see them embellish on pricing or try and sell me on unnecessary work. Just recently, Aaron intervened before I ordered fuel line maintenance that wasn't good for my car model. He saved me money and possible damage to my fuel injectors. I have been going to this brakes plus for years, and will continue to do so. In a world where everything is costing a lot more, integrity in a business is essential. This Brakes Plus has that.

  They brought me in within an hour of calling, provided a free break inspection, and talked me through the pricing options. They were quick and friendly! Would come here again

  I recently had to bring my vehicle to Brake Masters for a major repair, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the entire experience. From start to finish, the repair process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. A special thank you to Rockie, one of the service managers, who went above and beyond. He immediately put me at ease, took the time to explain everything clearly, and was incredibly accommodating to my situation and the tight timeframe I was working with. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about their customers the way he does. This wasn’t my first time using this shop, and once again they proved why I keep coming back. Their team is honest, reliable, and provides exceptional customer service without making you feel pressured or taken advantage of. If you’re looking for a trustworthy place to have your vehicle serviced or repaired, I highly recommend Brake Masters. They’ve earned my trust, and I’ll definitely continue bringing my vehicles here.   This Breaks Plus location has become my personal trusted mechanic. Yes, for breaks, but for everything else as well on all 4 of our cars. They’ve even done jobs on my Mini, saving me $$ compared to what the dealership quoted. They are always friendly, fast, and trustworthy. I’ve never been up-sold for anything. If they don’t think the car needs it, they tell me so. Being able to trust your mechanic is a breath of fresh air.
