I have been to this AutoZone location several times to replace my car battery, and I usually receive helpful and friendly service. Recently, my battery was bad, so I came in to have it replaced. I also asked one of the employees if they could check my alternator and starter after the new battery was installed, and they kindly agreed. However, when I came back to pick up my car, I spoke with Francisco Cueva and felt that the customer service experience was not as welcoming as usual. When I asked whether my battery had been replaced and whether the alternator and starter had been checked, he did not seem very willing to help or answer my questions. After I asked a few times, he did assist with checking the starter and alternator, but the interaction felt uncomfortable and not very friendly. I understand that employees can be busy, and I appreciate that the service was eventually completed. However, I hope the store can continue to encourage all team members to communicate with customers in a more patient, respectful, and helpful way. This has usually been a good location for me, so I hope this was just a one-time experience.

Went in for assistance be ause of a check engine light on. They handed me a code scanner and told me to plug in and turn vehicle on. We had no clue what button to push and if it was reading it. Apparently they couldn't take 5 mns to help us. When we took in scanner they gave us a print out for a different vehicle. Not impressed! Other places we went to said they would have never done that to someone, especially since we did not know how to use the reader
