I visited this location to change the battery in my 2024 VW Atlas because I wanted to do it myself. I bought the new battery, but after installing it, I couldn't get any power. Fortunately, the store manager, Gabriel, came to the rescue :). Thank you, Gabriel, for your patience, time, professionalism, and expertise. You saved me a few hundred bucks, as the dealership wanted an arm and a leg. This excellent service is exactly why I always come to this AutoZone. Keep up the good work and God bless 🙏🏽

Jumped my car at home and drove it to AutoZone at Recker and Williamsfield to test the battery and get a new one. Female manager (I think her name was Kelly?) said she was there by herself because her one employee with her had a commercial delivery to complete so she couldn’t help me. So I waited for a friend to come jump me in the parking lot just so I could get to the Power and Germann location for help. Do not waste your time at this location! Poor service.

I always try to give a place a second chance before I ever leave a bad review but this AutoZone needs a wake up call. I ordered parts and of course they didn’t show up when they were supposed to instead it was 6 hours later. But hey that’s ok but I come in the next morning to pick up the parts and mind you I talked to a employee the nite before that went and put his hands on my parts and told me they were here but back to the guy that was helping me the following morning he started giving me attitude saying they didn’t have the parts and there was no record of it until he went and looked it the area which I guess is where they store parts that people have ordered and paid for and yep there my parts were. I don’t mind my parts being late that’s life but when someone starts giving me attitude trying to convince me the parts aren’t there then doesn’t apologize when he realized he made a mistake I can’t take. Won’t be coming back to this store.
