This place jus did an oil change not even a month ago and this happened! So after another oil change, the oil drained was thick and black as if it was never changed! So I took the old oil and filter back to the store but they claimed all was done correctly and used the oil that chevy called for. No apologies or sympathy from them, as they feel "what does this women know?".. long story short, I'm NEVER EVER going to valbolene again! Be careful ladies, dont get taken advantage of...or anyone who goes there for that matter. RATE IS A BIG FAT "ZERO"...

When it was finally finished, and I was late for my Dr. appointment, 2 of the plastic retainer clips holding the oil filter cover were broken and the shop didn’t have any replacement clips the right size. So I left after an hour with unfinished business!! Very dissatisfied with this oil change visit.
