- MBMIKY BALTA1 day ago4.0Asked to check all fluids... The oil was the only one done... Seemed rushing the process... Otherwise, all ok
- TCTerry C.6 days ago2.01st, the young service associate over-inflated my tires. 2nd, I was informed I was missing a bolt from my air filter cover which from my last vist was at Valvoline. 3rd, previous oil changes I paid $75 which was reasonable. This time $105--this is overpriced.
- JBJennifer BurdetteJun 21, 20265.0Driving through town on a road trip and our rental car had a low tire, who knew on a Sunday all tire chains are closed. We hit up 3 local gas stations and all 3 had broken air pumps. By this time we are late for the itinerary we set for travel and beyond stressed out. Low tire, check engine light on. Drove past this Valvoline and my husband explained what what need help with and right away the staff was so professional and kind. Put our stress at ease, provided complimentary tire check and set them all to the correct PSI. While they did this we were able to use their bathroom and the facilities and they were very clean. Thank you so much for having phenomenal staff that got this family feeling safe and back on the road 10 stars!!!!!!!!

- BSBeth SommersMay 26, 20262.0I have been getting my oil changed and greased at this facility since they built this building, I' have trusted them with all my vehicles for many years. I've generally been pleased. The last oil change I got their grease Gun wasn't working, so I came back a few weeks later for a grease job still wasn't working. I am now sitting in LINE for my fourth visit to try and get my truck greased. I would think they could have went and bought a hand grease gun and took care of customers , but today , twenty five hundred miles later , I will finally get my undercarriage greased. They also no longer change the transmission oil on the Nissan Rouge. I will probably be finding another shop to take care of my vehicles.
