  The Safelite team who came out to my home to replace my windshield was lovely. Friendly guys, excellent work done quickly, kept me up to date while also working independently. Double checked I did actually want the new wiper blades before installing (as they cost extra). Overall, excellent service, quality workmanship and materials. I’m glad my insurance is pared with them, because I’ve always been satisfied (living in Arizona, this is the second time I’ve gotten my windshield replaced with safelite on this 16 year old vehicle alone!). Will always recommend them!

  Replace the front window on my Tucson and broke the cover that goes over the front camera, said it would take two months to get a new one and it’s four months later and they said they never ordered it

  My vehicle was done very fast. It was estimated a couple of hours. But they were done in 30 minutes. I had time to run some more errands before I went to work.

  I had my windshield replaced and on my way home, the trim pieces flew off and the seal at the top of the windshield came off. When I took it back, the tech said he was amazed, tried to ask if I had removed the tape, which was still attached to the car. Then he tried to blame the trim pieces coming off saying it was because it is an older vehicle and they would have to order new ones and bill the insurance company. I live an hour away and he was not even going to try and fix the issue, said I would need another appointment. I said that they needed to fix it now! They took the car back. We will see what happens. I will call the insurance company and let them know that Safelite should be responsible for any damage to the trim pieces.

  Drove an hour each way for two separate appointments. During the first visit (45 min), despite scheduling a windshield replacement, there was confusion about the appointment type and the replacement couldn’t be completed. I returned the following weekend (2 hr appt), only to learn that the safety calibration still couldn’t be finished, meaning the job remains incomplete. Communication was lacking throughout the process, and I also discovered my rearview mirror crystal had been broken without anyone mentioning it. At this point, I’ll be contacting my insurance company regarding next steps. Very disappointing experience. Update: made another trip up here for the 3rd appointment which was not scheduled on their end. Wait time could be up for 4 hours. Completely unacceptable. Insurance would not allow me to schedule with another company until this job is completed. Will not be returning here otherwise.
