- WCWill Carter4 days ago1.0I asked them to replace a differential drain bolt, if they were able to then I’d have them complete the fluid service. They weren’t able to remove it but performed the service anyways. I wouldn’t have paid them to do this service and done it at home. I ended up having to pay for it anyways since they did it without me asking.

On a good note, the staff at Jiffy are very pleasant and take care of their customers well. Unfortunately, I don't feel they did a clean job. There was oil under my skid plate that ended up dropping in my garage. I thought they were going to clean the windshield, but it was left with smudges from what seemed as a dirty tag. The dealership gives you a total car wash for coming in. They recommended me windshield wipers on the paper report. Interestingly, i just replaced them a month ago and I park in a garage, so no sun damage. Probably won't be back at jiffy
