  I bought a brand new 4000 watt Champion generator to use with my RV in December of 2025, from Home Depot. It never ran right at all and couldn't carry any kind of load. I called Champion, who are very responsive to customers, and we walked through what was happening. They knew through the serial number what was going on and shipped me a new mother board, supposedly plug and play. I took a good look at it and decided, nope, not in my wheel house. I took it to these folks, who are very nice, and they fixed the Champion! I put it under load today with my RV, and it runs like its suppose to. Thank you to these very nice educated folks. Karen D.

  We had a problem with our generator exhaust failing in our RV as we passed through on our 8 week journey and in a matter of minutes the staff at Flag Tool manufactured a new exhaust and had it installed. We made it to our destination with the generator online. Bravo. These guys and gals rock! Thankyou!

  Absolute thieves. Dropped off our generator and Welder (with a chain on it for moving on and off trailers). Picked up welder with our chain on while being loaded but then the owner took it and claimed it was his. Neither machine works. Generator start button didn’t work and would shut up on load when it did. We were told it worked fine, that they went over it. Minimal charge. Brought it home and doesn’t start. How did they go over it and determine everything was fine if they never even tried the start button? Their response, did you try pull starting it? Mine, the whole point to bring it to you was that the start button wasn’t working. Welder. Would not start. Determined it needed a new start switch. Received with a switch off the machine. Wires undone. Husband had to assemble the start switch to the machine. Now it doesn’t weld. Which was NOT a problem prior to dropping this off to them. In an age where service seems to be an antiquated concept these people are fine charging and stealing from you and then you are the one who is mistaken.
