  First of all, I want to send a huge thank you to the enterprise team in Flagstaff arizona. They helped my husband and I have a great time during our honeymoon in California. I highly recommend using this enterprise location if you want to have a good experience. Thank you team for all you do, keep it up! Hope you all have a good day always!

  Let me preface by saying the workers at flagstaff have all been very kind, albeit unhelpful in this whole situation. The oil light turned on in the middle of my drive from flagstaff to CA. When I called and asked what to do, they said I would “probably be fine” but I could walk into another enterprise nearby and they would change the car out for me if I wanted. Not wanting to risk an 8 hour drive through the desert without an oil change, I went to change it out. I was met with un-helpfulness at an enterprise in Long Beach, where they told me they had no other cars for me and my only option was to take it myself to an auto shop nearby. So here I sit in an auto shop waiting for my rental car to get an oil change. I am disappointed in the lack of accommodations and helpfulness throughout this whole frustrating experience. I feel as though enterprise flagstaff should have arranged things for me (I.e. set up a new car) in Long Beach, instead of having to do all of this myself.

  I've rented from enterprice for years! Im surprised I never left a review, but they never disappoint they always go above an beyond for me an my needs. Prices are always amazing an affordable. Ill always go to enterprise!

  Have almost always used enterprise for our rentals for years and have had great service when dealing with local to the area employees a bit frustrating with the remote employees on the general number Will continue renting from enterprise so long as I can call a direct store to help with the rental. At the flagstaff Route 66 location Marissa and Gael. Helped me with two different rental and have superb costumer service and were friendly and very helpful. Nice to work with both of them
