- DFdale fonkenJun 26, 20261.0It took 7.5 hours to replace a wheel bearing. I was stuck in the shop and watched as no one worked on the car for a period of 4 hours. Another customer waited 2 hours past his appointment time before leaving. They never touched his car and he took it somewhere else. None of the staff seemed to think any of this was a problem. They'll tell you "we aren't Jiffy Lube" with a condescending smile. Pretty weird flex to be proud of taking forever. Take your car elsewhere unless you want to waste a whole day of your life.
- JSJohnathan SmithJun 22, 20261.0Absolutely the worst service! Had an appointment for 2:00, dropped my vehicle off at 1:30. Did not hear anything by 4:00. I called and they still had not started on it. They finally finished it at 6:30. When the mechanic took the truck on a “test drive” it looked more like a joy ride. When I complained when I picked it up, I was told that other people that spend more money on suspension components get priority and if I needed my vehicle back sooner I should have told them. I will never use a Brakes Plus again and 1 star is too high of a rating.
