- TCtiernan curl4 days ago1.0Made appointment for 10am. Brought vehicle in at 930 am. Shop called at 1103am. They haven't even touched it. They had nothing but excuses. Excuses and not meeting deadlines and not being on schedule is a great way to lose public trust. Do better

- ASAlan Sheldon5 days ago5.0Staff and service were top notch. I had an issue with something that was done incorrectly at another Brakes Plus location while I was traveling. The Flagstaff shop got the issue sorted out quickly and got me back on the road. Compensation was handled internally due to the issue, and that's a sign of a very well run shop and corporate office. Mistakes can happen but it's how it's handled that counts. I'll definitely continue to visit Brakes Plus in the future when needed.

I wouldn't go here and Carlos was the one that is to be putting it together!! Still waiting!! POOR SERVICE!! AND JUST CAUSE IM A WOMAN DONT LOOK AT ME LIKE IM DUMB!! I FIX THE SHIT THAT I CAN BUT OTHER THEN IM NOT LETTING NO MAN TAKE ADVANTAGE OF ME!! WHEN MR. CARLOS FIGURES IT OUT THAT I KNOW WHAT IM TALKING ABOUT NOW HE DONT WANT TO DO A ESTIMATE FOR ME!!!
