    The people at this store are absolutely clueless and extremely rude. They act like they are the only parts store here and you have to indulge their totally rude behavior and hateful attitude

    I just had the most horrible customer service experience in decades. I was greeted with a ” What do you need?” I was returning a part that had a lifetime warranty, and the lady was adamant that this is not how it works and then I would not get another part for free. When I was trying to explain to her that this is the same part, I got many replacements for in the past she was very dismissive and was cutting me off. When I asked for the manager, she said that she is the manager. At that point, I told her “you know what never mind I’m gonna go to the other store, picked up my stuff and left”. In a previous visit a few days ago, I was told to look for that same Store manager, and I was told that she was really awesome. No thanks this experience was so bad that I am actively seeking to reach out to a corporate office to file a formal complaint. Completely unacceptable.

    Went there because my car wasn’t turning on I explained my problem the best I could and he really listened and tried to figure out what’s wrong. He was so nice and super helpful. I didn’t get his name but he has gauges. Thank you again.

    I went to get a new battery. The nice woman replaced it for me. I left, but after a few starts and stops, I couldn't start the car again. I had to get a jump at the gas station so I could take it back there for them to look at. A guy came out and looked and messed around with it for a half hour...couldn't figure it out. He was very nice and gave me a jump so I could get home. I was finally able to get it into R and A after bumming rides and jumps from my friends all week. Turns out they didn't clean the battery connectors before they installed the new battery. I was there twice, wouldn't you think that they would have thought of that as a problem since they deal with installing batteries daily? I won't be going back there.
