The gas was not filled up and he was told not to worry about filling it up when he drops off car. He had trouble getting in And out of car due to a plastic part near the entrance that would rub up against him as he got in and out, It was not a good feeling...an unfortunate way the car was constructed. He had an issues with the front window being somewhat cloudy and not being able to see clearly..he thought that should have been addressed before he drove off. Lastly My husband purchased medication and Forgot to get it out of the glove box. The next renters of that vehicle called him about it but couldn't connect with him..they were probably in California or somewhere else at the time trying to reach out. I know my husband should not have forgotten to leave his medicine, but also Enterprise should have checked the vehicle before renting out to next renters... my husband was able to reorder meds.🚘

Staff is friendly and seem to enjoy who they are working for instead of being dismissive and just want you out of their hair. I like that they hand you a business card when renting in case you need to contact that location directly. Relatively quick process usually. Highly recommend.
