  This place is trash... Had a simple DECK install... worst install experience i have ever had.. Plan to spend more money to correct the low quality work at another shop if you choose to do any business at this place. Worst part in the owner is dishonest so do not take his word. Make him put any quote in writing.. He verbal quoted me 75 bucks for the install-- then charged me 120 the day of the install... Save yourself trouble and take your business somewhere else...

  Excellent customer service. They are Very professional, knowledgeable, and timely. I had an issue with my speakers after they installed all 6 plus wiring and 2 amps. They told me to bring it back and they will take care of it. I highly recommend Dezma's. Ive been using this company for 5 years, and refuse to go anywhere else. 3 differnt cars, all sound IMMACULATE! 😀

  Came into Dezma to replace a broken infotainment. Was promised I could use aftermarket parts that would still work with my dvd player. After paying 2.5k for parts are installation, the audio worked well but the dvd player didn't work. They lied and said they tested it and it worked. I came back after, they said a different wire harness might work and they would order it. Never got a call back, never got a resolution despite reaching out several times. Would not return to this location.

  I had such an incredible experience with this car audio shop and I truly cannot say enough good things about them. From the moment I walked in, I felt taken care of. Getting my dash cam installed was important to me and they treated it with the same level of care and attention as if it were their own vehicle. The quality of the work is absolutely amazing. Everything was installed so cleanly and professionally that you would never even know it wasn’t factory. It gave me so much peace of mind seeing how much pride they take in what they do. What really stood out to me was the communication. Every step of the process was explained in a way that made me feel comfortable and confident. I never felt rushed or brushed off. They made sure I understood everything and that meant a lot. I especially want to recognize Eric. He went above and beyond in every way. He took the time to answer all my questions, made sure everything was perfect, and genuinely cared about my experience. You can tell he loves what he does and takes pride in helping people. It is rare to find this level of service anymore and I left feeling so grateful. I would recommend this place to anyone without hesitation. They truly exceeded my expectations and my family and I will be customers for life
