- LLLizzyJun 30, 20261.0DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE. THIS SHOP HAS BLOWN UP 2 ENGINES BECAUSE OF COMPLETE INCOMPETENCE!!!! YES 2 WHOLE ENGINES!!!!!! I went in for a basic oil change and watched the so called manger, Keri, absolutely loose her composure when a tech asked for assistance on a vehicle. Why would a "manager" SCREAM at an employee for asking for assistance? Because this so called "manager" clearly isn't management material as well as having absolutely no idea what a real manager even looks like. The "manager's" only reward for her absolutely disgusting behavior should be termination. I hope that the poor techs that have subjected to her horrific behavior find employment elsewhere. I don't know who decided to make Keri a manager, but I'm sure they are regretting it now. And again I repeat, DO NOT EVER TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!!!!!! IF YOU DO THEY MIGHT BLOW IT UP........

- EEEricJun 23, 20262.0Not thrilled with needing a record of my next oil change denied because they will only share that information with the person who last took the car in. We lost the sticker after getting the car detailed and my wife wasn't available to call at the time so after going through the AI screener and waiting on hold, then answering all their questions about my name, the make and model, they still won't tell me the number. This isn't medical information, so it's pretty silly and inconvenient. I should have just had a female friend or said I was my wife with a high voice and they would have had to tell me.
