  I was a little flustered when I walked through the door because I was supposed to leave for California, but my truck started making a strange noise around the wheels. A young man met me and was very kind and courteous. I was then introduced to Jeremy, my service manager. Jeremy saw my frustration and was so kind and reassuring that I calmed down quickly. He kept in touch with me throughout the day and kept me informed about what was happening. Jeremy is my go-to service guy from now on! The team at Larry Green is great! My GMC will come here for all service needs.

  Sketchy dealership. I went in knowing the out the door price it was vastly different from the online sales price by a 25% increase. Acknowledge that I’m not buying a vehicle at the online price but Brian, the sales manager was aggressive and offended by my reasonable offer. Dealership adds a “distance” fee since they believe they can’t compete with the accessibility of the valley dealerships. I walked away and found the exact vehicle a day later at a different dealer.

  I have taken my Chevy's to Larry Green for repairs and I have always been happy with the service. I have recently had a sketchy interaction at Oxendale regarding my wife's car where a very expensive repair was recommended in addition to the small repair we asked for (Parking brake replacement turned in to a replacement rear differential, go read that review on Oxendale's google reviews), so I said "Hey, let's take it to Larry Green, they've always done me right!" I spoke too soon. First part is a happy story and confirmed my fears with Oxendale. Oxendale said her rear differential is destroyed and needs replacement. Larry Green says that not only is the rear differential in great shape, when they started the inspection it did not appear that it had been inspected prior and hasn't been touched and it was definitely NOT filled with metal shavings. Gears looked like they were just installed. We did not tell them where we took it prior. So no $5000 replacement cost for a rear differential (Yay!). We were told the parking brake repair parts would take a few days to arrive and then we'd schedule that service. Well, for the next several days we were called by their sales/buying team offering to buy the car. We don't want to sell my wife's fully paid off dream car, we want it fixed. Several months have gone by and no one has called us about the parking brake. So obviously no one ordered the part because they thought they could buy the car or talk us into a trade. No one in this town wants to fix this vehicle, they just want to buy it for their lot or even one of their employees would snatch it up I assume. Looks like we will be taking the time and inconvenience to take it to another city, like Phoenix, to get the work done.
