  We were passing through with our fifth-wheel and decided our fuel filter on our truck needed changed before heading out. I called Chris and he got us in the same day. Once we got there Chris was on it, getting us checked in and giving us an idea of when it would be ready. Not even an hour later, as we were walking back over to the service dept. I got a text that it was finished and ready to go. The following day i got a text from Chris following up and checking to see if everything was OK. That's Service!

  Disappointing experience with the sales process I contacted Larry Green Chevrolet regarding a 2024 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid LE with approximately 20,000 miles. Since I couldn't make it to the dealership in person, my husband went on my behalf for the appointment and test drive. Steve was courteous and helpful to my husband, and we appreciate his time. Unfortunately, the overall process was quite disappointing. My husband went in as a serious buyer with a firm out-the-door offer based on our research. After considerable back-and-forth and waiting around, he was eventually brought to the sales manager, who presented a list of comparable vehicles and bluntly told my husband he was not being truthful about the market because our offer was too low. I completely understand that a dealership is under no obligation to accept our offer, that is entirely fair. What is frustrating is having my husband spend over half an hour at the dealership only to be met with accusations rather than a straightforward counteroffer or a professional discussion. Additionally, my husband noted more wear on the vehicle than expected for only 20,000 miles, including noticeable grime on the steering wheel and significant wear on the driver’s entry sill where the finish had worn down to the bare metal. These details made us even more cautious about the vehicle's background and usage history. My husband ultimately walked away. We have no personal complaint against Steve, but the management's aggressive negotiation style and lack of transparency left a very bad impression. A professional dealership should be able to state their bottom line respectfully or make a counteroffer without insulting a customer. We will be taking our business elsewhere.

  This is our second vehicle purchase from Larry Green Chevrolet, and once again we had a great experience. We bought our Blazer from Linda a few years ago and had such a good experience with her that we were happy to come back when it was time for a new truck. This time, Alex helped us get started and continued helping throughout the process, and we really appreciated his time and help. We had specifically asked for Dave Connors because a longtime family friend of ours has purchased several trucks from him over the years and has always had great things to say about him. Dave wasn’t there when we first arrived, but he ended up coming in and worked incredibly hard to make the deal work for us. Dave was patient, knowledgeable, straightforward, and never made us feel pressured or rushed. He spent a lot of time working through everything with us and genuinely seemed to care about making sure we were happy with the deal and the truck. You can tell he’s been doing this for a long time and has built his reputation in this community for a reason. Between our experience with Linda on our Blazer and Alex and Dave on our new truck, we’ve been very happy with Larry Green Chevrolet. We really appreciate everyone who helped make this purchase happen, and we would absolutely recommend Dave and the team to anyone looking for a vehicle.
