  Thanks to the folks at the Cottonwood AZ location! I was in a jam and they were able get me at my house and have a vehicle ready. I prefer Enterprise when I need a rental and the service that I received is one of the reasons why. Thank you again!

  I have needed to rent a car due to my husband being in the hospital and I needed a reliable vehicle for the hot days in PHX . The staff at the Cottonwood store have been amazing during this hard time. They are fabulous.

  Very convenient and easy! The whole process was smooth and I was stress ball!! The agent at enterprise Samantha was great, she helped me tremendously and I would recommend this to anyone in need! I booked online first, annd got confused annd all jumbled, annd when I went to enterprise in person I was just a mess! Samantha helped me understand what was going on, helped me fix it and I even had to call her a couple times during my rental and she was just great! My experience was out of the cottonwood office, and 5 stars guys! I’m just so glad it was as great as it was! Thank you! Carolen

  I called enterprise to switch our van the day before. The customer service agent on the phone told us to go to this branch in the morning for the exchange. We went to the correct location. The branch manager Samantha was EXTREMELY rude. She couldn't be bothered with our situation. She was defensive and degrading. She didn't listen to even hear what was going on before she denied us any kind help. She told us that she didn't have a reservation *we did*. And even if we did she didn't have the vehicle to accommodate it. After her attitude was so atrocious that we went back to our vehicle to call enterprise rather then talk to her. Before we walked out she suggested we go to Phoenix to get a vehicle. Which was 3 or 4 hours in the wrong direction. She refused to help us call other branches to see if we could get another vehicle. We did end up getting one at a different branch that had ACTUAL CUSTOMER SERVICE.

You will have a smooth check-in and checkout with very helpful and courteous service. You will definitely enjoy your visit with use of a vehicle from Enterprise!
