  The staff are wonderful, the parking lot is impossible. Its a narrow lot and if its full there is not a safe area to turn around. When I came into the lot to get my garage door opener back the car detailer parked a car too close to my truck. Someone was in front of me taking videos of his BMW and I couldn't pull ahead. As I was trying to back up and pull into the only 2 spaces available which were handicapped parking I looked and didn't see he parked near me. He got out to talk to his buddy and I backed into the car passenger door denting it. I walked inside and filled out insurance info. After it was done I asked the female attendant to turn my truck around safely for me as there was no place to turn around . She said no. The attendant who parked the car beside me now parked the car in the right side of the exit blocking the right exit lane so only one car could get in or out. I feel they set you up to cause an accident. There is a lot across the street they keep some cars in that used to be a pizza hut. Its really a terrible situation.

  When our car was in the body shop, we used Enterprise for a rental car. Friendly employees, and they listen to your needs

  Thanks to the folks at the Cottonwood AZ location! I was in a jam and they were able get me at my house and have a vehicle ready. I prefer Enterprise when I need a rental and the service that I received is one of the reasons why. Thank you again!

  I have needed to rent a car due to my husband being in the hospital and I needed a reliable vehicle for the hot days in PHX . The staff at the Cottonwood store have been amazing during this hard time. They are fabulous.

  I called enterprise to switch our van the day before. The customer service agent on the phone told us to go to this branch in the morning for the exchange. We went to the correct location. The branch manager Samantha was EXTREMELY rude. She couldn't be bothered with our situation. She was defensive and degrading. She didn't listen to even hear what was going on before she denied us any kind help. She told us that she didn't have a reservation *we did*. And even if we did she didn't have the vehicle to accommodate it. After her attitude was so atrocious that we went back to our vehicle to call enterprise rather then talk to her. Before we walked out she suggested we go to Phoenix to get a vehicle. Which was 3 or 4 hours in the wrong direction. She refused to help us call other branches to see if we could get another vehicle. We did end up getting one at a different branch that had ACTUAL CUSTOMER SERVICE.
