  The man that helped me when i picked up the car was very nice and patient. I appreciate him. The car was very clean, smelled clean. I loved it. I will return when i need to rent a car again.

  We arrived, after having booked at the wrong enterprise (Sedona instead of Cottonwood). Frankie was alone and navigating phone calls and multiple customers. Despite all of the chaos (our mistake and other customers needs), Frankie was super helpful and attentive. Highly recommend this Enterprise, and bonus if you get customer service from Frankie!

  Enterprise rent a car offers superb services. All of the representatives were professional, informative, and respectful. Renting a car from them was a very positive experience.

  A big thank you to Tyler, Sam, and the entire staff over at Enterprise of Cottonwood. I would give this place 10 stars . They are always very courteous, professional and make the renting process easy. Thanks again and see you next time.

  Do NOT rent from this location even if it's your only option - even Uber would be a better choice. Associates were extremely rude I rented from the Phx airport and had a flat in Sedona. This enterprise location was supposed to provide a replacement rental. When they opened they left a VM for me saying that they couldn't accommodate me and told me to take it to a tire repair location.... while I'm on my vacation!!! When I called back and complained about that option they told me I could drive to Flagstaff or Phoenix- ON AN UNSAFE SPARE TIRE! Talk about a poor customer experience
