  This store is awesome! Im ALWAYS working on something and Shaw, Efrain, and Dan always get me figured out. Definitely a great group in that store with a lot of knowledge behind them.

  Cottonwood location is terrible with customer service. They want to argue instead of fixing an issue. Save your money and stress go to O'Reilly or Napa. Went to Prescott location and got helped with no issues finding the parts and they weren't rude. What happened to old fashioned customer service...that small town vibe is gone especially when there's no recourse for being treated like dirt. Very disappointing.

  Jamie at the AutoZone in Cottonwood was incredibly helpful and thoughtful. Not only was she efficient, but she also went above and beyond by bringing my car battery out to the parking lot to my car. This was a huge help as I have an autistic child with me, and she made sure to accommodate our needs to avoid any potential sensory overload in the store. Her kindness and understanding were greatly appreciated, especially after a less than helpful initial interaction with another employee. Jamie definitely made a stressful situation much easier.
