  Jack's is very rude with no customer service. She ignores her customers in front of her to chat with employees. It's a shame cause I come here on break at work. Francine is very polite.. puts all her attention to her customers and her surroundings. Please change how your system is.

  This morning I went to the Maverick in Chino Valley and one of the people who works there told me it was the last time he would sell to me if I didn't show him an Arizona ID. Is that right or is it racism? Just because they see I'm Hispanic, why don't they put up a big sign saying they don't sell to Hispanics?

  Went into this location today, and the lady working (younger brunette) was extremely rude to MULTIPLE guests, including myself. Maybe don’t work in customer service if you can’t at least fake a smile or talk to people in a kind way.
