They did great. Did exactly as the commercials say they will do. Super nice guys. Super professional. Highly recommend. And since I'm in Phoenix... And liberty mutual had the hook up.. I will probably use them again.
Had a rock chip my front windshield. Booked online it was quick and easy. Appointment was fast, the team at the Chandler location were personable, Knowledgeable and provided great customer service. Would hope not to be back but living in AZ I’m sure we will and we will be back to this location!

Good prompt service in replacing my windshield. Easy to schedule and change my schedule. Staff were friendly and instructive. The icing on the cake is if they would make sure the windshield is fully clean after installation. I just spend 45 minutes cleaning it and getting what I think are some kind of residue (not from the tap that stays on for 2 hour) spotted throughout the front, a bit blotch of black gunk on the bottom front right corner, and all the smudges on the inside. Kind of ruins the experience since that is what the customer sees in the end.
Follow up to owner: Thanks for the offer but I already cleaned the glass myself. I had to use cleaning alcohol. Thought it would be faster than dropping off and then waiting a bit. Cheers.
I trusted Safelite with my family’s safety, and I deeply regret that decision. After Safelite replaced the windshield on my 2023 Volvo XC90, the front camera calibration failed and the collision avoidance system stopped working. Before the windshield replacement, all safety systems functioned perfectly.
More than three weeks later, after multiple visits and countless phone calls, the problem remains unresolved. Safelite even sent emails claiming the recalibration was successful, while my dashboard continues to display warnings that the front camera is not calibrated and the collision avoidance system is unavailable.
I regularly drive this vehicle with my wife and children. Knowing that critical safety features designed to help prevent accidents are disabled is extremely concerning. Instead of fixing the issue, I was sent to Volvo, where I was told the problem is directly related to the windshield replacement and calibration process.
What should have been a routine windshield replacement turned into weeks of frustration, wasted time, and serious safety concerns. If you own a vehicle with advanced driver-assistance systems, make sure the calibration is actually completed and verified before leaving the shop.
This has been the worst automotive service experience I have ever had.
For the record, I have left positive reviews for this company’s service in the past and they were well deserved.
Unfortunately, my recent experience completely unraveled everything previously.
They performed a repair on my son’s car on 6/13. A few days later we noticed the driver side wiper wasn’t adjusted correctly and scratched the paint on the back edge of the hood. Now at this point since it’s a safety issue, you would think they’d immediately come back to our home and fix the problem but we had to take the car to their shop.
Larry, the supervisor completely denied any liability and claimed they didn’t do anything to the wiper blade since it was only a repair vs. a replacement; stating it was a coincidental occurrence. He then proceeded to argue with me and refused to make the situation right.
This is the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered so we’ll be taking our future business elsewhere.
You’ve been warned, Buyer Beware.
