  Kyson was wonderful! He came early and did a fantastic job. My windshield was installed professionally and look great. I have always used SAFELITE and always will.

  My initial appointment for windshield replacement was really disappointing. The wrong windshield was ordered and the technician did not have the correct moulding upon arrival to my home. However, 5 days later the windshield was replaced for a reasonable price and the technician was courteous and professional.

  Following a chip/crack in my windshield, I contacted my insurance company, who directly scheduled my windshield replacement with Safelite. I anticipated spending a couple of hours at Safelite. I arrived and was greeted by a friendly staff member. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. The replacement took less than an hour. The technician who performed the work was friendly, informative, and provided me with the necessary information following a window replacement (leaving tape on for a couple of hours, no car washes for 3 days). I hope not to have my windshield replaced again. However, if I do, I will definitely return to Safelite.

  I had a fantastic experience at this dealership. The customer service was exceptional, and everyone I interacted with was incredibly friendly and helpful. My car was ready earlier than expected, which was a huge plus. However, when I picked it up, I was surprised to find sticky residue everywhere—on the seats, armrests, and center console. There was also a strong smell, which made me rush over to get my car detailed.
