  Had several windshields replaced here. Easy to make appointment online and great work. It’s AZ lots of rocks. Thanks for making replacing windshields easy. Used insurance so no out of pocket. Highly recommend.

  It took 4 appointments, 3 visits to complete the work, but I was completely satisfied with the technician that finally replaced my windshield. My Chevy EV, and the presence of a LoJack device were stumbling blocks. I believe those to be systemic issues with Safelite, not the fault of the individual technicians. Also, while I understand the policy of disallowing the owner ride along while recalibrating the safety systems, I don't like it.

  It was so easy to get a couple of chips repaired all the way from going online and starting the process to get the appointment down to the day that my technician came to work showed up early let me know he was going to be early and have the thing done in 15 minutes it was so easy it was no stress and no money out of pocket to me and I'd recommend safely to anybody hands down the best

  This is the worst Safelite I’ve ever been to. There is no way to get a hold of the shop once you have an appointment for changes or questions, they left a tool in my car (that I drove back to return), and they broke the clips along the molding, causing a 3 foot long trim piece to nearly fly off my car on the highway. Worst of all, when I finally spoke to a manager, he was dismissive and rude – offered no help on the bill to fix the molding and basically said he didn’t care that you can’t get a hold of the shop because they’re not a call center.

  I was directed by my insurance carrier to use this company for a windshield replacement. When I got home I saw the "new" windshield had a chip repair with a scratched area approximately 4in in diameter directly in the driver's view. The truck had been cleaned prior to the window replacement and was left filthy on the interior. When I called them they passed me from warranty person to warranty person and I finally reached a person who rescheduled another windshield to be installed 2 days later. I was unable to drive the vehicle due to the scratches because they impaired the view.
