Isaiah came out and fixed my windshield on my tacoma. 10/13/26. It had a lift on it and was able to do the calibration. Super professional and everything looks good. Thank you.
The store is clean and the people are great. The first problem is the excessive labor fee, I spent $182 for a 15 minute chip repair. Second they totally lie on the website and commercial, they infact do not fix or repair chips. The overly priced service only prevents it from getting worse. I'm still looking through the spider cracks. Spend the $8 on the Amazon product and do it yourself.

Very pleased with my technician. He announced he was here, politely asked for my keys and told me he will let me know when he is finished. Gave me instructions for care and what not to do. Thank you for a job well done!

While the technician was good….
The part that Safelite needs to improve on is they gave us a window of 11-4 so we stay home…. They finally showed up at 4:30 and finished at 5:30
Our time is worth something and corporations need to realize that

A frustrating experience from the get-go. We had an appointment to drop the car off at the location on Sat 9/19/26. Upon getting there, we were informed that a tech was sent home due to an emergency and they would not be able to honor our appointment that day. They scheduled an at-home windshield replacement for Monday. Monday comes along, we call Safelite to let them know they mis-typed our address on our confirmation email, and we're informed that our Monday appointment was not on their schedule (even with a confirmation email the day before). So we schedule for the following day (Tuesday). I explained to the staff early on that our particular car has a heads up display and asked if they ordered the correct windshield that would not cause issues with this feature. He said yes. For context, I had a friend who used this same company and location and Safelite ordered an aftermarket windshield that caused the Heads up display to become blurry, even after calibration. So I wanted to make sure this didn't happen here. Surprise surprise after our windshield was replaced, the display was blurry. Just as I had warned them. The install tech said this was an aftermarket windshield. I told him the job was unsatisfactory, he called his boss, and they will try to get insurance to approve an OEM windshield. Great- now I will need to block another day from my schedule to get it done. To add insult to injury, when I inspected the install, I noticed numerous scratches and abrasions on the paint that were definitely not there before. (I just cleaned the car that morning, and take immaculate care of the paint). There was a bit of paint near the top of the windshield that was missing from improper use of a windshield removal tool. I immediately went to the location, showed the manager, and he was dismissive about the paint damage to the paint. I can assure you for a black 2025 model, this paint was immaculate before they touched it. Now I am looking at other companies to try to rectify Safelite's incompetent handling of the situation.
