Professional technician arrived to my house on time and left my windshield looking brand new I would recommend them and would use them again in the future.

I have used this particular Safelite facility off of Chandler numerous times over the years. Driving around the valley is brutal on windshields! I have always received excellent service whenever I have brought my vehicle in to have the windshield replaced. My technician, Tony, did an excellent job walking me through the process. The work was completed within the timeframe promised. I now have a beautiful new windshield again. Yes, I would recommend this facility to anyone needing auto glass replacement.

Had my windshield replaced Friday. It rained this morning and water came thru the middle console. The water was all over my dashboard and tried to call them since it appears it will continue to rain, only to be told they handle everything online. With no one to speak to.

To Safelite Customer Service / Management,
I am writing to formally complain about the way my recent service appointment was handled and, specifically, the refusal to promptly refund money I was charged for services that were never provided.
I paid $69.98 for wiper blades that I did not receive. The technician knew the wiper blades were unavailable when loading up for the day at the shop. At that point, the work order and invoice should have been corrected to remove the unavailable product before the transaction was finalized. Instead, the technician proceeded with the order and processed an invoice that charged me for a product Safelite knew it could not provide.
I was also charged $44.99 for a rain-repellent treatment that was not applied.
That means Safelite charged me $114.97 for products/services that were not provided.
What makes this situation particularly frustrating is Safelite’s response: I am apparently expected to wait 4–5 weeks for a paper check to receive money that should never have been taken from me in the first place.
I want to be very clear: I am not responsible for Safelite’s inventory, invoicing, or payment-processing error. I should not be required to act as an interest-free lender to Safelite while waiting nearly a month for the return of my own money.
We are in 2026. There are numerous ways to electronically return $114.97 to a customer. If Safelite can electronically process a payment immediately, it is difficult to understand why a refund for an obvious billing error requires a paper check and a 4–5 week waiting period.
I am requesting that Safelite:
1. Immediately refund the $69.98 charged for the wiper blades that were not provided.
2. Immediately refund the $44.99 charged for the rain-repellent treatment that was not performed.
3. Return the full $114.97 through an electronic payment method rather than requiring me to wait 4–5 weeks for a paper check.
4. Provide me with a written explanation of why I was charged for items/services Safelite knew had not been provided and why I am being required to wait weeks to have the error corrected.
I find this entire experience deeply disappointing and unprofessional. The issue isn’t simply that an item was unavailable. Inventory mistakes happen. The problem is that the technician apparently knew the item was unavailable, the invoice was not corrected, I was charged anyway, and I am now being told to wait weeks to get my money back.
From a customer’s perspective, that is unacceptable.
I drive a Jeep Wrangler, a vehicle with a particularly active and close-knit owner community. Word-of-mouth recommendations carry significant weight in that community. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I cannot recommend Safelite, and I will be sharing my experience when other Jeep owners ask about glass-replacement services.
I would much rather have this resolved professionally than continue escalating my concerns. Please have a manager or appropriate customer-service representative contact me and arrange the immediate electronic refund of the full $114.97.
I expect Safelite to take responsibility for its error and make this right without requiring me to wait a month for my own money.

Vince at Safelite was super friendly, professional and helpful. He did an excellent job explaining the process and executing my windshield install. I got a great impression of Safelite as a company by the way the tech interacted with me and completed the install.
