  Had such a great experience thanks to Thomas! He was super friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful the entire time I was there. He explained the membership options without being pushy and made the whole visit really easy. You can tell he cares about customer service. Definitely appreciated all the extra touches too.   Came in for just a quick car wash and ended up leaving with a membership thanks to Thomas! He was seriously so helpful and friendly from start to finish. He took the time to explain everything, got me set up with the membership plan, and even loaded me up with air fresheners and dash wipes. Customer service like that is hard to find these days. Thomas is the best!

  Just went to Raceway to get my car washed and spoke with Thomas. He was awesome! Super friendly, knowledgeable and talked me through the process. He was so good at his job I ended up purchasing the monthly package (definitely not something I usually do). I’m so impressed with his customer service that I going to have my husband sign up for it too. Chris, the technician that took care of the inside of my car was also great! I’m glad I found this place.

  Thomas is the best! This was the best car wash service I’ve ever had! I was specifically looking for a car wash that would give my car a shiny, wax-like finish. Initially, I thought he was just trying to sell me the most expensive service and offered the Grand Champion. However, after running my car through and drying it, I realized that he had actually given me an amazing service with tire shine that actually looks applied, not a gimmick like at other places. My car looks like it did when I purchased it. Thank you so much, Thomas. You’re the best!
