  Tanner and Joy were an absolute pleasure to work with. They made the entire rental process simple and stress-free, and clearly communicated every step along the way. After being involved in a car accident, this was a difficult and overwhelming time for me, but their kindness, professionalism, and genuine care made all the difference. They went above and beyond to ensure my family and I were taken care of, and I truly appreciated their exceptional customer service. I will definitely choose Enterprise again because of the outstanding experience they provided. Thank you, Tanner and Joy, for making a stressful situation so much easier.

  I usually go to the one on Superstition Springs and Southern and the people there are great they're friendly they help you the best they can and they usually get you in and out pretty quick they also have really good prices for their rentals even the manager tries to help out as much as I can to get the customers in and out as fast as they can any quickly solves problems if any come up with what he is able to do I do believe the manager's name is Jared again all the people there are great the wife and I rent from there all the time

  THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED IN MY ENTIRE LIFE!!!!!!!! I reserved a car the day prior to my trip. I arrived 5 minutes early to pick up my vehicle. The suv I rented was not at the location. There were 5 other people waiting for their rentals. We were told the vehicles were being delivered and just to wait!! I rented the car to pick up my 12yr old son from camp. I only had a certain amount of time to get to my destination. After waiting 45 minutes I started to ask how much longer the wait would be. The rental agents were extremely rude and hateful! They acted as though they were put out because I needed to leave on time in a rental car that I paid ahead of time for. Eventually I was given a down grade so that I could leave because the suv I reserved never arrived! When I return the car I was asked what could have made my experience better. I told the agent that they should tell customers that the cars being reserved are not ACTUALLY AT THE LOCATION and would be delivered some time after you arrive to pick them up. His reaction was that I was being ridiculous and that was "I don't know how you expect to alert people that the cars aren't actually here when you arrive?!" I told him that was just answering his question. He pushed me out the door and said the upper management dealt with those problems. WOW! These kids working here have no idea how to talk to people with respect and kindness. No wonder none of the employees were wearing name tags!!!

  The manager David and all of his associates went above and beyond for their customers, making sure everyone of us is happy, despite the extremely busy Sunday morning! I was thoroughly impressed with their level of customer service! David had to deal with a very long line and telephone calls at the same time, and he was still having a genuine big smile on his face! I forgot the name of the gentleman who helped us with getting our vehicle and also returning our vehicle, but he was absolutely amazing as well! We enjoyed our rental a lot by the way (Audi Q5 SUV)!! It was very clean and extremely comfortable! :) Please keep up the good work! Looking forward to our next rental at the Chandler Boulevard location!
