- SSsPaRtAnQuEeNMay 8, 20265.0this Enterprise was PHENOMENAL!!! i booked over the phone and was supposed to get my dream car, a mini cooper! when i got to location they didn't have it :( apparently they only have them at the airport...annoying. let me tell ya, Tanner took care of me! got me a fantastic price and was super nice, smiling the whole time! when i returned it i was helped my an amazing young lady named JaeLynn. i accidentally filled the tank up too much and she gave me a discount! my uber to take me home decided that 2 mins was too long to wait and canceled on me! haha JaeLynn was so quick to offer me a complementary ride! i can't tell you how refreshing it is to have such wonderful customer service. Also, a shout-out to David because he is always moving, busting his butt and awesome on the phone! haha great job guys, i will definitely be back and telling everybody about my experience 🥰

David Winkley was the gent who helped us but I was eavesdropping on the conversations of the other employees including the “new girl” who greeted us with a beaming smile when we walked in. Applying a Costco discount was just the cherry on top for a swift and proficient rental experience—cars are fine anywhere you go, but service isn’t always top tier. Let these fine people take care of you like they took care of us for our road trip!
