  The team at Enterprise Car Rental in Downtown Chandler, AZ is fantastic. They go above and beyond. A shout out to both the Davids (yes, there are 2 Davids on the team here) as well as Jordan. They work extremely hard, efficiently and treat all customers with the utmost respect although this is a very busy center. Will definitely rent from this location again.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Service! Enterprise really took care of me from start to finish. Both Davids went above and beyond to help me out and made sure everything was handled quickly and smoothly. They were professional, friendly, and genuinely looked out for me. I was in and out fast without any hassle. I really appreciate both Davids for their great customer service. I’ll definitely be coming back to Enterprise! THANKS FOR TREATING ME LIKE FAMILY!!🫡

  The current manager runs a tight ship, professional and every employee was fantastic, friendly and beyond accommodating! Thank you ERAC for still having cs as a priority, I don't need a rental now but want to support this branch. Please don't change, the rest of the world has lost their marbles and can barely tie their shoes. It's refreshing to see an actual professional business with customer satisfaction still being a main focus!

  Rented a vehicle to take my family to California last week. Don’t normally leave reviews, but JaShall and David in the opening process We’re fantastic even getting me a vehicle I needed from a different location To fit my needs the morning I was leaving for the trip. Car was filled up, clean and ready to go. My experience was just as good with Sophia when returning the car. She broke everything down for me and explained to each and every bit of the transaction. 10 out of 10 recommend.

  Enterprise Downtown Chandler provides an outstanding level of customer service. The entire team is friendly, professional, and genuinely committed to making the rental experience as smooth as possible. I especially want to recognize Ja’Shell Noah, the location manager. He is truly passionate about her work. He actively asks customers for feedback on how the location can improve and takes even the smallest suggestions seriously. It’s rare to see a manager so dedicated to continuously improving the customer experience. The staff is young, positive, and welcoming. I came here after a very disappointing experience at the nearby Hertz location, and the positive atmosphere at Enterprise completely changed my mood and allowed me to continue my planned trip without dwelling on that negative experience. I highly recommend this location if you want your trip to start on the right note and value excellent customer service. Keep up the great work!
