The mechanic at Crawford's did a multipoint inspection and only advised on items that actually need attention. Got the oil changed and tires rotated. That's all she needed. Very pleased.
- AVAleksei VAug 12, 20261.0I paid $84 for an A/C diagnostic inspection. The shop connected the A/C machine and confirmed that the system had little or no refrigerant, but they did not identify the source of the leak. Instead, I was told I would need to authorize around $600 for further A/C service before they could continue diagnosing the problem. I took my car to another shop, and they were able to locate the actual leak by adding a small amount of refrigerant and properly diagnosing the system. They did not charge me for that diagnostic step. I felt that the $84 diagnostic fee provided very little value because the actual cause of the problem was not identified. I have contacted the shop and requested a refund of the diagnostic fee ,but as of the time of this review, I have not received a response My advice: before going to this shop, get a second opinion and check with other repair shops first. Ask exactly what their diagnostic fee includes before paying for it.

Connor called to explain what the car needed for immediate fixed or some that can be fixed in the next oil change service. After the total detailed costs was explained ,I went ahead to have all fixed and happy with the results. Thank you and will share to my family members to have their cars serviced by Crawford. The price is right and the service is excellent. Keep up the great awesome service .
