  Everyone I interacted with at Crawford's Auto Repair was not only kind, willing to help and listened to the issues I was having, they were fast at the job, honest and upfront about other issues that they discovered. provided photos of the issues and quick on confirming an updated price when I decided to add additional things to fix that they discovered. I think the price for everything was quite reasonable considering the work done, and under no fault of their own, when a bad part was installed, they showed what customer service really means. They got me in fast and replaced the bad part within the same day.

  Took my car there to have diagnostics ran. They called back and said that they couldn’t do anything. Ken & another associate were incredibly rude. They talked down to me as if I didn’t understand them. I can guarantee they don’t talk to their male customers like that. My check engine light was not on when I dropped it off and now it’s on & they told me to go to a dealership. Very unhelpful.

  As a transportation business owner who relies on vehicles daily, it’s extremely challenging to find an auto repair shop I can fully trust—one that won’t take advantage of the situation or try to inflate costs with unnecessary recommendations to increase their profit. However, this team has consistently demonstrated that they genuinely prioritize integrity. They only recommend services that are truly necessary and never attempt to upsell or exploit the situation. I would also like to extend my sincere thanks to Mr Yasavolian ( hope didn’t butcher his name ) With his extensive experience, he consistently provides honest, thoughtful guidance that helps me avoid potential losses. It’s clear that he values long-term relationships over short-term gains.

  EDIT: My transmission mount failed and left me stranded about 3 weeks after Crawford said it was “good enough”. Do NOT trust their reply below! I had to spend $1,000 on repair and hotels for a part that should’ve been replaced a month ago. My experience with Crawford’s has been very mixed. They’re honest, decent prices, do good work, and are easy to work with. All of this said, in my one service visit I already noticed a few yellow flags. They’re not good at communicating, which made me question my trust in them. I had a transmission mount that had to get replaced, that they diagnosed themselves. They tried to get the part but couldn’t get it in time, so they removed it from the bill. The kicker was that they never told me they removed it until I asked. They said it wasn’t needed. I went to a personal mechanic I trust, who confirmed the mount still needed replacing. I also asked them to swap a front badge, a 15 minute job with an OEM part, and they said “I don’t think we do that.” It feels like Crawford’s is focused on moving cars through the shop as fast as possible, not on making sure the work is actually done. If you want a mechanic that does decent work but isn’t upfront with you, this is your place. Otherwise, there are better shops in the valley that wont treat you like a disposable customer.
