  I’ve been to this shop several times for repairs and routine maintenance, and I could not recommend it more. I had a difficult time finding an honest shop with reasonable prices since I moved away from my family member who did all my car work. Everyone is friendly, kind, respectful and fully explains what’s going on with my car.

  Been going here for years...honest, affordable, and transparent. When you don't know anything about cars (like me) it's easy to get taken advantage of. And yet here...I can't tell you how many times they told me I didn't need something or could get a cheaper option. This last experience truly made my head spin. I had assisted my mom in buying a used car on Carvana. We'd never used them before...so despite the good reviews on them we wanted an extra layer of protection. It was a 2 year old car with only 11k miles on it and it was a honda...so probably fine. But why take the chance. We set up an appointment with Az Automasters to give it a look after it arrived. It took 45 minutes...and this is the crazy part...they didn't even charge us! They still had paid team members open the hood and crawl up under it and didn't charge us a penny. That just doesn't make any sense to me! On the other hand...they have a customer for life in me, my family, and any friend I can recommend. I'm hoping this post helps them as a thank you for being such a fantastic autoshop.

  The team at this shop is amazing! They are very knowledgeable, very reasonably priced and great communication between shop employee and customer. Also they do not try to sell you anything you do not need and they take the time to explain things to you thoroughly. I highly recommend this shop!

  I was calling around to multiple shops to get quotes to repair my vehicle. Not only did Phill take the time to listen to my concerns, he let me know the severity of each issue. It’s funny, he genuinely sounds happy to speak with you. I run a small business and first impressions are huge, this place gives a great one.

  I can’t say enough good things about Phil, the shop manager, and Mike, the auto tech at AZ Automasters in Chandler. After being in a car accident, I honestly thought my car was a total loss. As someone who is physically disabled, being without my vehicle is incredibly stressful—but these guys completely turned that experience around for me. They were able to replace the damaged parts and more importantly, safely get me back on the road in no time. Phil went above and beyond—he walked me through every single step of the process and took the time to clearly explain what needed to be done and why. That level of honesty and patience is rare. I’ve had a lot of work done on my cars over the years, and I can say without hesitation that you can 100% trust Phil when he tells you what your car needs and what it will cost. No surprises, no pressure—just genuine, reliable service. Huge thanks to Phil and Mike for making a tough situation so much easier. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
