  I came here with my check engine light on not really knowing what to do, I dont know much about cars but Ethan helped me out. He’s very knowledgeable and professional and took care of my check engine light and also installed my MAF sensor after I bought it. Very nice and helpful I’ll be coming back:)

  another awful experience at AutoZone. I came in to get my warranty battery replaced because I installed it only a month ago and it is fully dead. Both managers did not care that my car was being worked on at the shop across the street, recharging a battery was much more important to them rather than giving me a new battery? They told me they would call, did not call. I had to go in and find ask where my battery was and then asked if you guys recharge all your warranty batteries. One of the managers just stood there picking his teeth with a toothpick telling me my battery was perfectly fine and just needed a recharge. The other younger kid felt the need to ask if I was the customer that they double charged for a battery and then messed up the return also (hence the prior visits). Not sure why this kid thought that was the first thing he should say while giggling but to each their own. I truly hate that I even had to come back here and every time I go to AutoZone it is 10 extra steps instead of fixing the problem. Would not recommend this location or any others for that matter. Had I known they were going to waste my time and the shops time I would have just bought a battery from a more reputable company. Out of the three visits in a month or so all of them have been terrible, I hope they figure it out but I do not think they will or care to.

  Shit for service and they dont cary ANYTHING that they claim to carry online for pick up . Don't waist your time even calling because even they will say they have the part and then after you drive across town and waist gas and money they will THEN look for the part and see they dont actually have it. Save your time and money go to O'REILLY
