I came in for a simple oil change, not to replace bulbs or air filters, but they still messed with the wiring in my car. It honestly felt like they created a problem just to try and upsell me on high beams I never asked for. I was told upfront that the oil change would cost $95 and take about 15 minutes. James also said there would be coupons and that I would not pay more than $150 total. Instead, I ended up paying $209. I chose synthetic oil, but the receipt did not even specify what type of oil they actually put in my car. On top of that, there was a hidden fee just to do a tire rotation, which I have never been charged at any other place in the valley. They advertise a fast oil change, but I spent nearly 3 hours there. To make things worse, James helped customers who came in after us first, and they were able to leave before us. We even had to leave and sit in a nearby coffee shop just to pass the time. They did not even give me my keys back when the service was done, so I had to go back inside and ask for them. That is when I saw James talking about me with another customer, laughing and making derogatory jokes about me. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful. Overall, the experience felt dishonest, disorganized, and disrespectful. I will not be coming back.
