  Used to be good. Since becoming valvoline the prices hiked by like $30. They also underfilled my oil. Will not recommend and will not go here again

  I've been a dedicated Valvoline customer for several years as a full-time traveler and every store has reinforced my trust in the brand until this one. After blowing off the shocking price of the fuel filters as due to inflation, the pit man couldn't find my second fuel filter. When I checked my oil level later, I discovered they had overfilled it and when I investigated to correct it, I found they had left a rag stuffed in the undercarriage. Further investigation found they had indeed significantly overcharged for the fuel filters. This store has ruined my trust in the Valvoline name and no action customer service might take can restore that trust, so forget the canned review response. UPDATE: Apparently, I can't reply to Jamie, so I will edit with an update. Jamie, thanks for the uncanned response; trust can't easily be mended once broken. Something else has been bugging me; the technician showed me a nasty-looking blue air filter. I switched to Mopar air filters while troubleshooting a problem and although that didn't solve the issue, I decided to continue using Mopar which are orange. My last air filter change was after visiting the excellent Valvoline store in Sullivan, MO and they showed me a dirty orange Mopar, so I picked one up and changed it myself. I just replaced my old orange Mopar air filter with a new orange Mopar, so where did the blue one come from? Not from my engine!

  Very quick and easy. I felt they were very thorough. Staff were very friendly. I'll definitely go back!

  I only went because they had a coupon for $20, but they were so rude that I rather get my oil changed somewhere else and pay the extra $20 for better customer service. The guy was also trying to tell me that coupon on the app was expired and made me feel dumb. But he was actually wrong, it expires this month and he was trying to tell me it expired last month.
