  THE TECHNICIANS' HAVE REALLY BAD ATTITUDES! AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE!! EVERYONE GIVES YOU DIFFERENT INFORMATION AND THE WARRANTY THEY OFFER IS A CATCH 22!! ?ITS SAD THAT BUISNESSES' ARE ALLOWING THEIR EMPLOYEES' TO BEHAVE IN SUCH A MANNER!! THIS SCORE REVIEW ON GOOGLE !! IS WAY OFF.. AT THE END OF THE DAY! IT WILL GET FIXED! THE LORD GOT ME! I WAS TOLD THAT I NEEDED AN ENTIRE NEW GLASS, BUT WHAT THEY DONT REALIZE IS THAT I HAVE BEEN USING THEIR SERVICES FOR YEARS AND NOT BEING ABLE TO REPAIR A SMALL ISSUE LIKE THIS IS A LIE!!

  Great customer service and quality work. Sean came right to our house to replace our windshield. He was prompt, friendly and it only took 45 minutes. Would definitely call them again if we need auto glass services.

  Won't stand by their work. Have a leak on upper passenger A pillar due to bad installation found out due to recent rains. There is a chip on my windshield driver side. That isn't causing any issues. And refuse to stand by their work and fix the leak that is caused my their bad work. Second time I had to take my car this time they refuse to work. The first time after installing my windshield it was cracked and had a trim piece flew off due to their bad work. They fixed it fortunately that time and put new glass because it was cracked. Now they won't. What a joke, save your time and money. Won't stand by their work.

  Lando installed my new Safelite windshield on my Ford Super Duty. He had to work in the hot Az sun but did it without complaint and did a great job. He took the truck for a test drive where he calibrated the front camera and related sensors and returned it in just a few minutes. He assured me the windshield was ready to be used right away but wait a few hours before pulling the 2 strips of tape he had installed. He fully cleaned the windshield inside and out and it looks perfect. Haven’t had rain yet so can’t attest to that part of it but I’m sure it will be fine. Great job Lando!

  So, my last 2 times using safelite have been a HUGE disappointment. I had a windshield replaced on my minivan a couple months ago and the tech stripped my wiper motor so it just flops instead of working. I'm going to be replacing that for about $100. Next, I had them come out to fill a chip on my work car and after about a half hour the tech comes up, says he's done, and leaves. I went out to go to work and the chip is still exactly the same. I'm pretty sure he just sat in his truck and waited till he thought was long enough. So, now I'm wanting to call another company to do the work but safelite wasted my covered glass repairs and I'll have to pay for it out of pocket. Thanks for nothing.
