  I rented the car late, right at closing, on a Thursday. I was rushing and very in need of a vehicle for the next day. If i would have had more time and not in need, I would have shopped around. I had to rent the car for two days and was only able to keep it for a day and a half. I also paid an extra 50 dollars for protection against scratches, again in a rush to make a decision. I will definitely look elsewhere should the need arise to rent a vehicle.

  Very helpful and Friendly staff. I rented a SUV for a trip to Washington. When I arrived I didn't expect the SUV to be so small however Michael showed me a van that worked much better. The van was clean well serviced, had good tires, clean interior. Was a smooth ride with no issues for my trip. I also was picked up and dropped off at my house which was very convenient. Drop off was also very smooth, quick and fast. Santago had me in and out in under 5mins. Overall it was a great rental experience, would definitely rent from them again.

  Michael Zhu Enterprise on N Pinal in Casa Grande is THE BEST and MOST KINDEST YOUNG MAN ever. My car had been broken into, and the shop contacted the wrong person a half hour before they closed on a Friday night that my car was done. I received a text from Enterprise that I needed to return my car since my car was done. So Saturday, 8 am I am at Enterprise to return my car and told them what happened and that I would now be without a car for the weekend and no way to get my car at the shop Monday morning. He fixed the problem and told me to keep the rental until this morning and leave it at the shop and get my car. This young man went above and beyond to help Senior Citizen, that was scared and alone, feel appreciated, not alone, and cared about. God Bless this young man!!! Thank YOU Michael Zhu
