- ACAlfredo Carrillotoday5.0Friendly service, the two gentleman at the front desk were kind, respectful, and attentive to customers and myself which I appreciate. DeAndre who was the technician was very friendly, respectful, and also attentive. He’s hardworking servicing my vehicle making sure everything is done correctly. Went above and beyond
- KWkerry wilcherOct 6, 20265.0★★★★★ DeAndre at Brakes took great care of our vehicle, along with Kevin, Leo, and the rest of the team. We’ve worked with these guys before, and they always treat us well, communicate clearly, and take great care of our vehicles. It’s hard to find a shop you can trust, and we really appreciate the consistently great service. Highly recommend them!
- CMColleen MorrisOct 3, 20265.0If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Kevin and every single employee at the Casa Grande location worked what I can only call a miracle and got me back on the road safely. The legitimate human concern blew me away. I cannot recommend this location enough.
- RPRachel PinoOct 2, 20265.0I’m impressed with Brakes Plus! Their prices were very reasonable, they rotated my tires, did the synthetic oil change, topped off all the fluids, checked brakes, hoses, belts. It took an hour compared to 10-15 minutes at other places but it was $40 cheaper and a thorough check on everything.
- EJElgin Jr.Sep 14, 20265.0Best service in town. I’ve been to a lot of places here in Casa Grande, and the SERVICE here surpasses all of them. Quick with their service and don’t have you waiting outside the timeframe they give. The atmosphere is peaceful. You can tell right away from coming in what type of service you’ll receive. They greet you right when you come in and update you along the way. Zach was my mechanic who did amazing. The manager was fantastic with providing information about my vehicle and giving the heads up on future maintenance. Everyone was engaging and seemed happy to assist each customer. Rating this was easy. I’m glad I randomly stopped by.
