  Do not use this shop for an alignment! The first time I went in another person was bringing thier truck back because the alignment was not correct. When I received my truck back. It was all over the road. Went back in for a 2nd time, tow was out instead of in like it should be. They then try telling me I have a bad bushing. I asked to see it and the bushings they showed me where just fine. So they fix the tow issue but truck still pulls to the right. Third time knowing I was not bitting on the bad bushings he tells me I had a bad tire they rotates them and said all was good tires have 1800 miles on them and are not bad. Get the truck back and now the steering wheel if off by atleast 20% and its still pulling to the right. So at this point I requested a refund. The guy trys telling me I had to come back for a 4th time to get a refund. This is a bad shop filled with $10 hr tweekers that do not understand how to use the equipment they have been provided.

  Too expensive for oil change 111 dollars after a 20 dollar coupon and charge extra for oil ill just keep going to dealer its actually cheaper they tricked me this time but oh well

  Rafael, was awesome getting my new battery installed! I had already been sent away from another business. "It's to difficult for us" Rafael, never flinched. He looked up the Information he needed, and had me out there is no time at all. No waiting no excuses just fabulous service. Hats of to Rafael at Brakes plus in Casa Grande. We'll be back!

  They are amazing here at the one in Casa Grande ,AZ. This was one of the upmost respectful business I have been to. The service was great never would I have thought that a manager would go out of his way to help me get the correct parts for my car and to make sure I was able to get home while they did the work on my car and a ride back when it was complete. If and when I need more work done I will be taking it back to them. Brakes Plus of Casa Grande you are amazing. A special Thank You to Rafael and his employees.

  This company helped me out. I wanted to give 1 star, but they proved they were worth 5. I came to get my a/c fixed. They told me $275 for a recharge. That didn’t fix the problem and then they told me I had a crack in my system and that it would be a $1000 fix. I got in touch with corporate because they should have told me this before recharging for nothing. The regional manager Todd contacted me and had my a/c fixed without charge because of the whole mixup. That is incredible customer service and I will happily pay for future service. Also, Deandre Dew was the technician/mechanic that fixed my car. He did an incredible job. He put an effort in fixing my vehicle quickly despite having a full schedule. He should be recognized for his hard work.
