However, over time, the company has experienced notable declines in service quality. Current operations appear inconsistent, with staff reportedly lacking adequate knowledge and training. Additionally, store managers seem to be handling logistics and receiving parts independently, which may impact efficiency. I had ordered and paid for a part for in-store pickup, but the experience did not meet expectations.The issue arose due to a damaged sensor, and I clarified that I needed the cash to purchase an item at another store. Despite this explanation, the store declined to issue a refund and insisted I wait three days for processing.

    Great service. I came in to see about my check engine light. I had gone to a different store the previous week and they ran a diagnostic and said I probably just need to run the car for 20 to 30 minutes and the light would go out on its own. After a week, the light still had not gone out. I came to this store and met with Hugo. I explained my problem and told him I thought it might be the battery. Hugo offered to check the battery. The check revealed that the battery was in fact bad. They had the battery I needed in stock, and Hugo got it replaced quickly. My battery still had about 6 weeks left on the warranty, so it was a full warranty replacement. Replacing the battery took care of the check engine light. Thanks for doing a great job. Hugo was very easy to work with and very personable. Excellent job.
