  Couldn’t tell where they wanted my car at. One guy just pointed and it was just confusing. No one came to my car to direct me, just stared at me like I was an idiot.

  The Assistant Manager, Ryan, was super courteous and helpful when I showed up with a check engine light on my drive back to Phoenix from Las Vegas. The entire staff was efficient and skilled, and wasted no time in performing the service work on my vehicle. Though I may not visit this particular center again, I will be visiting the local Valvoline shops for service on my vehicle from now on!

  I just purchased my vehicle and asked the team if they could do a quick inspection of the underbody for rust (my vehicle originally came from Montana) and the service team informed me of every rusty part and how much rust/surface rust was on my vehicle. They also checked my A/C levels to verify that I did/didn't need to have a service done. Being a Automotive Technician for 15 yrs previously myself, I highly admire the dedication and determination of the team at our local Valvoline.
