Reserved a truck two weeks ago, just informed "TODAY" that no trucks were available. I thought we were renting through National. All e-mails are bouncing back across all rental agencies at the airport. Should be less than one star, like 0, but not allow to leave comment without at least one star. Went through Priceline to arrange refunds as prescribed, going back and forth between them and rental agencies, and not getting a straight answer.

This 5 start review is specifically for Konner! I want to take a moment to recognize his amazing customer service skills and kindness. Thank you Konner for taking good care of my family and our rental needs. One of a kind gentleman right here!!!

Konner and Cheryl at this location are awesome! highly recommend renting from them if you have a need for a car in Laughlin. This was my second rental at this location and an awesome experience both times! Highly recommend.
