  So I can't give John enough stars on here. The manager John completely went above and beyond what customer service is all about. My day started in Kingman at the Kingman location and that was absolutely just ridiculous the car they gave me I was traveling to California already a little behind schedule but that was okay but the car that Kingman gave me was absolute crap and there was no way I could have drove to California in it so I went to the bullhead location to swap out cars or see what they could do for me differently cuz Kingman said that they would I got there and had a bumps in the road but John absolutely went above and beyond even on his lunch hour to take care of me and my needs and although I never drove a RAV4 before and I thought I would not like it he told me he promised I would like it and it was the best you could give me at the moment I also didn't make reservation there but he went out of his way even on his lunch hour to make sure that I was satisfied before I left there and I'll tell you what I was extremely satisfied and I'm still satisfied and I highly recommend the bullhead Enterprise for anyone looking for a rental car especially when this area doesn't have very many options or places to choose from this is the go-to spot John's the man.

  Made a reservation online to secure an SUV for a business trip back to Hell-LA. Once we arrived, only 1 location in town btw, it was agreed that we would pick up the vehicle on the following Sat, at the Bullhead Airport. After waiting nearly 30 minutes at the Bullhead Airport, we ran into 2 critical issues that contributed to the 1 STAR review. First, we were promised and booked a mid-size SUV but got a bottom shelf Chevy Trax. Second, we were charged for a 2nd driver despite the 2nd driver being my wife. For those that don’t know, it is against Enterprise policy to charge for additional drivers of the additional driver is a spouse When we got back from our business trip, we circled back with Enterprise regarding our experience. They offered us a few credits to the business credit card we used to book. However, these credits never actually hit the card. Enterprise promised us a call back and never did. Filed a dispute with our credit issuer and Enterprise is fighting us all the way. So glad I got the invoice refund documentation before I got off the phone.

  We used a 3rd party booking service, no cars were available when we showed up. A young guy named Miguel took our number and offered to call if/when a car came in. He did, and car and service were great. We extended the rental too, no issues. Great place to rent (Rancho Cucamonga).
