  I came in to ask if I could get some guidance installing a new battery and got that and so much more. I was offered and ran a report on my car without charge. Super friendly, reiterated everything I wasn't sure about, and so patient wanting to be sure I understood what the problem was and my options. Thank you Auto Zone, Not shy about recommending, my friends or family. No need to exaggerate or sugar coating anything as it was ALL truth, and witnessed it first hand. I will definitely be back soon.

  On March 28th, while shopping in Bullhead City, at 101 degrees outside, our Subaru Outback's dashboard display decided to go nuts and started to flash multiple warning lights simultaneously, much to our nervous surprise. Remembering that AutoZone advertised that you can stop by a store to have your warning codes read, we drove to the nearest one. An employee at Store #5301, Conner A., came out with a reader, downloaded the warning codes and returned inside to print out the info for us. Although there was no clear cut answer to be found in the code printout, Conner was very helpful and very much appreciated in his assistance to us, as we attempted to troubleshoot the problem with our car, trying different solutions for the warning codes displayed. We would like the store manager to know that Conner was an example of what you hope an employee to be... friendly, courteous and enthusiastic to help as he was able to. Thank you again, Conner, for your help.

  Sometimes , I zone is much cheaper than other places , so if you need a part , always check here

  pulled in to the store a lil before 8pm needing belts and a radiator hose for my car sitting outside thedoor was 2 gray shirt employees did not say hello or anything. I walk up to the counter passing a red shirt employee that was mopping the floor, as I'm standing at the counter having all 3 employees look at me as I wait for 5 min as red shirt finishes mopping floors. I told red shirt my cars info twice to get it right he could not find a hose for my car and walked away I walked outside to look it up myself could not find it . so I walk back in now the gray shirt is helping me wants to look up part could not find it . so I ask if gray shirt would try to match up a similar hose that I had with me after not wanting to do so I asked if they would again and then gray shirt did this process took me 35 min to get a hose finally... I asked the gray shirt if it was red shirts first day this person Dr I'd not know parts well. This store used to have excellent service ... but has been horrific the last few times I have been there it has caused me to go to a different part store that has better customer service with similar prices. Sorry az your. lack of customer service and employees that know auto parts has caused me to shop elsewhere.
