  These are literally the sweetest employees I have ever met. I am a student athlete and I drive a truck and I left my bag in my bed and I looked everywhere. I thought I lost it and then I thought I left it when I went through their car wash was about to have to order everything cause I couldn’t find my bag went back in the very nice lady that I didn’t catch her name grabbed it out of my bed and made sure it didn’t get soaked and kept it inside where it was safe. She is literally an angel. I wish I knew her name and the gentleman with the beard also is really sweet. He’s done my car wash a few times and he is just the nicest ever he ran and got my bag for me and did it fast and I really appreciate that. These employees are literally the best ever in the car wash itself is a good price and gets the job done very well.

  I came to Dash at 7:02pm and had a great experience! I pulled in to just get a single wash, yet ended up buying the best membership they have. The service was great. I don't exactly know who the sales man was, but his customer service was awesome. He explained everything well and had great knowledge on the package. The equipment in the tunnel was also a lot cleaner than a lot of the other car washes I've been to so that was a plus.

  We stopped and ask what they recommended would be the best wash as we've never been here, i said i dont want any spots, the truck was dirty the truck was not slammed with mud , they suggested the $20 wash we went thru the automated wash and when we came out to go wipe those spots on the mirrors etc, as expected from most wash places we noticed there was still more dirt and bugs than I would have expected , we drove back to the kiosk , the kid said oh let me get my manager, as soon as I expressed my dissapointment the manager Colby got on the defense and pretty much said if I want it better I should have purchased an unlimited package, I assumed they would have ran us back thru one more time , problem solved. Nope , this turned into a tit for tat, I touched his name tag to turn it overto get his credentials and it became an assault threat, at no time was he in harm but felt threatened but not enough to call the cops ! I went across the street to quick quack car wash and their policy is 100% satisfaction , they will run you thru again , no problem. For those that know us we weren't looking for something for nothing only what we paid for. I did post a video for all to see if interested. Im not saying do not shop there I'm saying Dash needs to better train their management to handle these situations.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely stellar experience at Dash Car Wash! I took my Tesla through and honestly wasn’t sure what to expect from an express tunnel wash, but Dash completely blew me away. The car came out looking better than I anticipated—spotless, glossy, and with a great finish. No scratches, no residue, and everything felt carefully handled. The process was fast and smooth, the facility was clean, and the staff were friendly and professional. It’s clear they take pride in their work and treat vehicles (even higher-end ones like Teslas) with real care. Way better than I expected and easily one of the best car washes I’ve used in Arizona. Highly recommend—I’ll definitely be back!

  I want to give a big shout-out to Manny, Emiliano, and Anthony at Dash Car Wash in Buckeye for their excellent customer service! All three were very friendly, professional, and helpful. They took the time to explain the car wash membership to my husband, including how it works and how much he could save by becoming a member. They were very patient and made sure he understood everything before signing up. It’s refreshing to receive such great customer service! Manny, Emiliano, and Anthony are definitely an asset to Dash Car Wash. Thank you all for making our experience so positive! 🚗
