  Aron and his team were absolutely fantastic! They were very communicative, professional, and accommodating, especially since we were a walk-in. They took the time to explain everything that was done to our vehicle, making sure there was no confusion, and answered all of our questions without ever being rude or impatient. We truly appreciated their honesty, kindness, and great customer service. I 100% recommend Brake Plus if you’re looking for a trustworthy place to take your vehicle.   Had a bad experience today with getting an alignment on my car, when i had first got it back the car had a malfunctioning code coming up and the alignment itself was very very worse im not sure what the mechanic in the back did to my car but it was very disappointing although one of the managers redid the alignment for me and somewhat fixed it for the most part but still very disappointing…

  DO NOT COME HERE! My boyfriend was a customer here last month to get his dodge car serviced sitting there overnight- the weekend & his shoes were stolen out from his car. It’s definitely some fraudulent activity going on while working on his car, nobody has stepped forward and came clean about it. They were last in his car and when he picked his car up, they were gone so there is no way it could be anywhere else since they were last in his car.

  Always great service. They are up front with all their pricing. They inspect and recommend other repairs that may be needed but they do not pressure you into doing any more work. They just make sure you have the information you need so you can decide on what services and when.

  Good morning, today I went into Breaks Plus on Watson and I spoke with a nice gentleman named Aaron. I asked him if he could help me change my air filter in my car and he was amazing. He came right out and helped me and changed my air filter within five minutes it was done with a smile on his face. I just wanna thank Aaron very much . Great customer service
