  I have had other services at this Brakes plus location, but this time I want to thank Aaron and staff for going above and beyond with extremely kind, courteous, and helpful service in helping me to install a part that needed to be put in. They squeezed me in to make sure I was safe on the road. I’m so grateful, thank you!!

  If you get a chance to stop by brakes plus come see Curtis! Excellent person and nothing but honest work. They’re straight up with you and only tell you what you need and go above and beyond for you. 10/10 lifetime customer earned.

  Employees don’t communicate clearly Dropped off car when they opened and I had the early appointment available. I don’t hear from them so I call them about 5 hours later. They say they are still taking a look and they would call me soon. They call back and share the codes but share that the tech that can really help is not available today as they have other work. They schedule me for another day to get their tech to look at the actual problems and the rep shared that they are wrapping up on the oil change. I go to the shop an hour later and my car still isn’t ready. I brought my car in for an oil change and to get more info on the check engine light.If the appointment time doesn’t correlate to when they look at the car, they should say that.
